  8. Si, not more it was from the same incident, I went back after the bonnet and roof got sprayed, as there was another small spot on the boot lid. They agreed to do the boot and a full external valet. I think £200 was a discounted price due to the number of cars involved. Well impressed with the result, he spent all day on it, can anyone post pics? Andy
  9. Nothing, Zero, Ziltch but cost the company £200
  10. The car had an external valet today by Car Connoisseur www.fineautocare.com , full detailing clay followed by followed by 2 types of wax, all Swissol products. Took some photos but they dont do justice to the finish, can't believe how smooth and glossy the painwork feels. I going to have to buy a lambswool mit, no sponges any more and will be washing it with Lynx shower gel. Andy Can't post pics[]

  16. Scoob ownership can have that side effect, I don't notice it or care anymore, just take no notice and don't rise to it, unless you want to of course[]
  17. try Palatine Motors on the Causeway Industrial estate, entrance by Causeway Pub on Wilderspool Causeway. If you look on Scoobynet the guy posts as palatine, they did some work for me recently. Andy
  18. Ste, are you feeling alright? Only you forgot to mention your trophy in that last post []
  19. Looks great [H]
  20. Aluminium can be effected by salt but so can steel, the alloy ones are coated, if salt was a concern you wouldn't want to use stainless components (exhausts)as chlorides cause SCC ( Stress Corrosion Cracking) in stainless. The design of the alloy ones seems more robust and support the bush better. Having said that if Ayde had them on for 20k I might go for them. Andy
  21. Cheers Ayde, I will give him a ring. The concern I had with the steel ones is that because they are bent into shape they may have a tendancy to open out under cyclic loading conditions which would result in the bush becoming loose. Andy
  22. 300 I'm nearly at 300 posts whooooo, I've only had a scoob for 4 years
  23. How much are they selling them for? Also which type Whiteline make two models of drop link for Scoobs the cheaper one looks like an S shaped bent bar around the two bushes the more expensive one is a cast alloy
