  4. I know, when MD's used to be in/edge of the car park and before they put big bolders/ speed humps everywhere. (boy racer mode on...) used to be able to have little sprints round the park up to hamilton and back down to the park, (boy racer made off...) those were the days. That was like 1990's... boy I am getting old. I'm starting to sound like my dad.... I remember in my day it wasn't like that. Ed

  6. Sorry to keep going on about this, but we have a result. I think Had a phone call from Motorpoint today. Good news and bad news. Bad news first... IM will not allow any warranty work on my car. This has now been confirmed by Motorpoint. Now the good news. Motorpoint ( insurance underwritten) will cover any warranty claims for the full three year as long as. a) I use a vat register garage or a Subaru Main agent garage. I use only Subaru approved parts in any repairs c) Serviced to the book. So I check a few points with them. They are covering the car to the exact spec of the pan-euro warranty. There are no limits to the claims or number of claims. There are sending me this in writing. It is transfarable. So I will be keeping mine now. as reading between the lines I think Motorpoint are going to pay for any repairs then claim them from Subaru malta ect. hence the approved parts ect. Much happier chappie now Ed

  20. Have to agree with Wilky, at the end of the day Billy your there to do a job on behalf of all us members, If some one doesn't like it let them complain at a meet or contact phil and get it in the open. I personally think at the meeting before santa cruse one there, We all had few good ideas, Putting Wilky in charge of charity events, Gumball would make an excellent organiser for day trips (okay 2day trips), squirrel and Imy are excellent at planning and map making. Clair and wullie are gallus at getting our name out there are the cruises they go to. We all have qualities that you should(billy) be using to the best avantage of the club. Stay stuck in and let everyone now we may fight like cat and dog but at the end of day if everyone fragments we will not have a club. Just my 2p worth Ed.
