Just got the front splitter fitted, thanks Gav for the heads up on it, to Ginge for the Scott Lowe grilles and to my mate John for the painting and fitting. I think it give the car a harder look at the front. also got the scott lowe grill painted black, I thought the steel was just to much. Need to get a new prodive decal for the front. Before After Pity the picture is in the rain. Ed.

I can't see how the traffic can use cars that are not road legal, if they pulled and did you the evidence would not stand up in court. The police are there to uphold the laws not break them. They would have to be taxed, and registered like any other car. Image if one of them cars was involved in a major accident and it showed as unregistered, what a claim that would be. They may have 3 or 4 cars the same colour and make model and made to look the same. Just my 2p worth. Ed.

Thats what Charles at Iain Grieves told me as well, I had paint flaking from a front wheel now flaking from 2 wheels near the wheel bolt holes, I sent the digital photos, that was a couple of weeks ago, still heard nothing. The car is only 7 months old and this started at about 5 months old. So if you hear anything please post so the rest of us can chase it up too. Ed.

While I totally agree in principle with Grant. The law which deals with pricing of goods only says advertised prices are "an invite to treat" only the price actually attached to goods are legally binding for example on a web site is says a car is £3000 and when you buy it the price on the car is £3500 then £3500 is the price you have to pay. on the other hand if the car says on it £2500 that is all you have to pay not the invite to treat price. also most web sites usally say O&E accepted in the terms of contract. Most bigger companies will swallow their pride and give you the goods at the lower price. but smaller companies will not. Hope that is not to much bad news mate. Ed. PS. Thanks for the info chris, my insurance with liverpool vic was due in feb they were quoting £890 so I contacted elephant and was amazed with their quote of £430 protected no claims needless to say I phoned them and they confirmed the quote so accepted it there and then. Just for the record I have 75% no claims, but what kills my quotes is my postcode of G69 which covers some really bad areas. So here a BIG THANKS Chris. Ed

Quick up-date I have been offered a Prodrive backbox but for sale, so I need to sell my Blitz Nur Spec backbox to fund the purchase. Just to recap. About 12/13months old. Good Nick couple of scratches but no dents. No rear baffle so Very LOUD, even louder if decated. Will fit bugeye and blobeye with minor mod (it's on mine) Looking for realistic offers, I've seen these sell for silly money I'm only after a realistic amount.
