  2. nice pics H4afy. Pleased to see you managed to get them posted up [] think you are the only one that posted pics of us waiting in the lay by just before Sanquhar
  3. Its ok. Mine sounds like that Wait till everything stops whirring before you start the car

  5. thanks James [] Sunday's run was on familiar turf and I didnt get lost once! The Highland one was a bit daunting. We did have some wayward scoobs tho, Coulty missed a turn, nipped in front of us all and got to the finish point 30 mins before everyone else []
  6. resourceful LoL We re-ran the run we did in September - the red bags were still on the signposts, albeit a bit discoloured
  7. Very true. Thanks Ian for offering to lead that stretch of the run. You did well [Y] For the past couple of runs we have got the group leaders to come out and do the recce with us. It helps them familiarise themselves with the route, what the roads are like and what landmarks to use as hints for the next junction. A bonus for being the first car is that you dont get sprayed with stone chips from the car in front []
  8. marky.t.s - yeah i've got some spare maps in the car. some more pics. They are a bit fuzzy after editing and resizing them [:|] the ones that made it to the finish.. and I had to get a pic of this camper van all done up with "Just Married". Didnt have time to chat to the happy couple but guess they've just come up via Gretna [^]
  9. excellent day [] 18 cars turned up and the roads stayed dry and fairly quiet for us. thanks to Grant for co-organising and spending most of the day on a hill waiting for us to film on camcorder - you should have set the tent up LoL Thanks to both the official and impromptu group leaders today, it is greatly appreciated. Also thanks to STi Pretender for scouting ahead, your texts were timely and used to our advantage [] well.. my car can certainly brake LoL when an errant lamb suddenly decided to gallop across the road. Managed to screech to a halt whilst producing a big cloud of smoke with a whole convoy behind me (no damage to the car or the lamb); and when we regrouped after the Elvanfoot section and I came round a left hander in a tunnel of trees to see brake lights, cars and people [] Nice to see both Corsa and Spooks in their new cars at the start of the day. Thanks for coming along. Jac - hope you get your car fixed and BTW.. ur a numpty re car keys The RA did well through the twisties. I've got the lines now... just need to work on the speed LoL Was strange driving home to Glasgow into heavy rain after driving on dry roads all day... at least it washed the bugs off my windscreen [li] Finished the day off at Peters for some grub and story telling. I'm tired and even the RA is needing a rest - hurled around Knockhill last week and hurled around the twisties today!

  15. err no [] If you are happy to continue making changes to the catalogue then I'm ok with that. I know how busy you are....
  16. Neil, can you send me the source file? there are some more changes that need to be made and it will be easier for me to do it rather than explain it in an email for you [*-)]
  17. great pics Neil. the hawkeye looks superb in black []
  18. LoL James, yeah i was bored thought it would be quite interesting to see what sold the most [8-|]
  19. no no no.. that would be JDM classics rule [] welcome to the forum, hope to see the Type R in the flesh soon
  20. I was bored on the train coming up the road from Newcastle last night and started pulling together some stats about the SS clothes that have been sold in the past 2 years. Cal's pie charts on the 'newage vs classics' thread gave me an idea to do the same for the clothes......
  21. nice one. fingers crossed that it all goes smoothly for you George. I'll be keeping an eye on your progress, interested to see what its like. Your boy Kevin had a good look at my RA for pointers/insight at KH []
  22. hello and welcome from me too [] nice classic - love black wheels on the green scoob [Y]
  23. i think that picture is good - it captures the concentration that you need when on track []
