You may find if it's not the Subaru warranty it will be looked at as a worn part and not covered, some of these so called warranties are not really any good. As mystery says coil overs are probably your best bet. Will be looking at them next year myself hopefully..

Lanark has turned into a nightmare, 40mph from hyndford bridge to the loch then 30mph all the way in, a new 50mph out to ravenstruther and extended 40 out to carnwath. Who came up with this !!! Ruining driving round the area your so busy watching new speed signs you hardly get time to look at the road

Clay bar, never used them till last year. Now I love clay bar, just preps paint for a polish removing dirt and grime you can't see. But you will see the difference when done. No need to worry about scratching, they don't and easy to use, spray lube and away you go. Not the best at tar removal, but when you run your hand over the car and it feels rough clay bar takes the rough away ready for polishing. If you never used before, once you have you will always use ,.......

Glad you like the re070, in the dry they are the best tyre on the impreza( they were designed for that car by bridgestone), just take care in the wet.

A new gasket is always best, but if the old one comes off in one piece you could reuse with some silicone exaust sealer and it should be fine....

Easy fit just 2 bolts to undo, an release from the hangers. Take about 30mins....

RE070 best in the dry not so in the wet but i just dont push in the wet so they are fine for me.

go do a google on mgf head gasket failure.. they just had a design problem ,,, hope your touching lots of wood saying never had problems and still going lol....ive had sports cars modded and not for 23 years and not had a head gasket go but bieng a COMMON FAULT in all makes it may happen,,,,

the mgf had head gasket failure from 6000m and almost every 6000m after...so if a scoob fails every now and then its a better car.. its all chance some will run 100000 no problem others will fail you will never know which on. thats why i say enjoy when running and worry WHEN it breaks..

ok going by the link 1 bottom end went and a load of hearsay with a few saying no problems ,, could be any car then...

big wow head gasket failures, cant think of any make of car that hasent had a head gasket fail.. you jusat replace with a cosworth one .. i think we should enjoy them while they are running and worry about failures if they happen...or they will sit in the garage not turning a wheel in case lol

even if you dont get one now,at least you know where to go if the cats fail in the car,,,mine moted today with no problems and no need to worry about decat.
