  1. checked ma coolant level last nite its about 1cm above minimum, the engine was cool. is this too low as i know it will expand when engine is warm? if so which coolant should i get/use? cheers for any replies
  2. lambo doors for me were a 90's gimmick that was done to death, and on anything other than a lambo they scream max power reader lol. i personaly would spend the money on summit else. if you like it though then go for it!
  3. dont think it does audio it just does the phone i think. had the same problem with the pin with mine but i cant mind what it was?? think i just tried the usual suspects 0000 1111 0123 1234 and got it in the end. sorry not much help but its a start lol

  5. had to take my calipers off to do all 4 complete pain in the arse!!! 1 hour job turned in to a 5 hour fight!! grrrrr

  8. if its the same as the hawkeye pins then only subaru do them, other places do the front ones but not the rears, so unlucky buddy you will probably just have to wait. dont see how it will take a week though, dealer ordered mine and picked up next day.
  9. we seem to have forgotten about the wee fanys in there toyota starlets as well, poofy wee go-carts that are fast in a straight line for about 3 seconds yet they think there in a ferrari. had a few of them say they eat scoobies, just laugh and walk away!

  13. unlucky bud, good that the tracker did its job though i cant help you out regards what to do but this is the reason my good lady thinks im mad, when ever i come in i hide my keys so that if someone did break in the wouldnt find them.....2 and 1/2 years of ownership and still doing it lol

  17. if they are the same bolts as the 2 pot rear red subaru calipers then nowhere subaru dealer only im afraid, done mine last weekend.

  19. i knew they would be cheaper on ebay but i needed them for today, such is life
  20. bought 4 today just in case £35 , did try using a rod to tap it out but it was solid, its getting dremmeled tommorow now!! cheers for the info about not opening the calliper
  21. i know they should be easy to remove but they really werent, one was stuck but moved after some light tapping, the 2nd is stuck solid and thor himself couldnt remove it!!! i will defo be copper sliping them when i put new ones in, previous owner fitter current ones cheers for the reply anyway
  22. went to change the discs and pads all round tonite and one of the bloody pins on the front calliper wont budge, tried everything (even had calliper off) to get it out intact bloody thing wont budge and the end of it is deformed now any way my cousin who works for cooper bros is gonna try get me new pins tomorow (sat) so was wondering: if he cant get them are they cheap/dear from a main dealer? gona cut a piece out of it remove the old pads and tap it out from the inside of the calliper, if this fails is it possible/advised to take the calliper apart to remove it?? i also noticed the pins on the rears have screw heads are these easier to do?? Doing my head in, lesson learned to get spare pins!!! cheers for any replies jebus
  23. they idle higher than other cars on start up due to a automatic choke, when the engine has heated up a bit it usually drops. as for the misfire cant help ya there sorry.
  24. indeed.......the only first aid he will need is a bucket and a shovel!
