Glad my car is in a secure underground carpark. If I move from here then it would have to be somewhere with a garage as I just don't trust people to just leave the car alone! Many, too many, examples of "keyed" and stolen cars over the last few months. Scumbags.

I don't understand why you need to do this? unless it was a medical emergency then there is certainly no need to do this. We all like a play in our cars, which is obvious or we would'nt own this type of car, but there is a time and a place!

I'm sure I was one scoobie that you passed on the way to the M90 and gave a wave to. If it was you who had the hazzards on and going slow (obviously know why now). I felt guilty that I didnt stop but TBH I couldnt of helped at all as I wouldnt of known where to start to help! Glad you got it all sorted out

Too cold! I spent most of the day in the car, cafe or at the hairpin which was nice from about 10.30am-12 sheltered away from the wind. Didnt really meet anyone as it was too cold (excuses, excuses) but it was good to get along and see some track action and a good few scoobies off track

I like that because your car hasnt turned into a cartoon. The background has a nice effect to it and the lighting draws your attention to the car where it should be

Too much photoshop IMO. I think photoshop should be used sparingly and not take the full effect away from the car itself.

Nice pics! See for the Hot Marques day, how do you prove your car is over £10k or is it just to keep the Nova/Corsa crew away?

Watch out with that though mate. If they offer you just over £2k then they will haggle you down saying this needs fixed this needs sorted and you will walk away with a deal nearer £1700 for example. I would avoid if possible.

Brilliant post MM - thanks for that. Would adding a sub and amp to the existing setup with a new HU improve things further? I'm not looking for any awards in ICE but sometimes I would like to have a decent sound at a decent level I could always add front and rear speakers if/when required I suppose.

I'll be interested in the replies here too. Currently looking to upgrade the speakers and HU to get the best out the new speakers. Also bought a sub and amp from a member on here which has got the ball rolling. I've read the front door speakers are the 17cm speakers and have been having a look at a few but not wanting to spend too much. Been advised to upgrade the speaker wires. Not wanting to hijack your thread mate but it looks like we are interested in the same answers

3 pages of it! You'd think someone would do it in central Scotland. Like you say I'd worry about the dash in transit and would also increase the price having to send it to England.

I'm interested to read peoples views on flocking. I'm not sure how far i'd go with it but I think flocking the dash would be pretty nice along with the steering wheel. I would ethier buy an extra wheel and then flock that so I have the option to change it extra plus a smaller wheel may be what i'm after. Just looking at peoples ideas and opinions about flocking so your input would be appreciated!

I can tell! Been looking for imperfections and I can find some marks but they end up being marks on my monitor and not on your car

White STi is nice but if I was you then I would get it at a main dealer. A lot more peace of mind although may be higher in price but we all know about the standard STi suspension! Just have a think about that first

My scoob is in Grieves just now getting rear shocks, drop links and struts. I can't believe how many people have had this problem! I would go aftermarket but the warrenty would be void so after the year then that may well be the way to go.

Much better pictures than the last lot. I could only drive that as a weekend play toy but what a machine! Certainly makes you stand out from the crowd
