  3. Subaru four pots will fit with those wheels, they were both standard fitment on MY00 UK cars.
  4. Strathclyde Safety Camera Partnership
  5. The damage is not too bad but bad enough, the front wheel was pushed back, so it has bent the lower suspension mounting point and also wrecked a wheel. It is booked in to get straightened out next week. I am hoping to have it fixed in time for Fintray.
  6. I couldn't keep up with the 106 and the 205 in my class (they do have 30+ more bhp than me though) but I was having a not bad weekend until this happened Doune video I had managed a 50.46 in practice, so I was looking for a low 50 or maybe even a 49 when I tried to take junction just a bit too fast.
  7. Don't mention the class records to JohnSt either The "Doune people", Lothian car Club are always looking for volunteers Stephen, I am sure they would love to have someone with your computer skills on board

  13. I removed the "wee bracketty thing" before I took the pictures, it releases the metal part of the hose from being held on the main bracket but it does not allow you to remove the hose from the strut.
  14. I was changing my brake lines today so I took a couple of pics to show what I mean
  15. On my car (MY00) the brake line goes through a hole in a bracket which is fixed onto the strut, so the brake line would need to be disconnected to remove/replace the strut. (or you could cut the bracket)
  16. I have posted this years calendar in the events section for anyone who is interested.
  17. Archie will love you for bringing that up again ( April 2008 IIRC)

  21. Hypertech aren't recommended by everyone, this thread on the Trackscotland forum tells of power runs being done with bonnets closed and only a small fan. It just seems to depend on who you want to believe, from what I have read on the internet Subaru folk recommend Hypertech, Evos recommend Wallace Performance, Fords recommend Ava, etc But that is just what I have read, best to speak to the RR operator themselves and make your own mind up.
  22. More weight saving to be had there Archie
  23. This place is always recommended for bodywork repairs, I took my sisters car there and he did a top job. JB Coachworks Jim Biggam 54 Well Street Paisley PA1 2QH 0141 842 1465
