  1. Archie will love you for bringing that up again ( April 2008 IIRC)
  2. Thanks for the link I have asked the question
  3. OK thanks for the reply Looks like I will have to go to Halleys then
  4. Are these available anywhere on the internet? Or do I HAVE to go to a dealer
  5. Hypertech aren't recommended by everyone, this thread on the Trackscotland forum tells of power runs being done with bonnets closed and only a small fan. It just seems to depend on who you want to believe, from what I have read on the internet Subaru folk recommend Hypertech, Evos recommend Wallace Performance, Fords recommend Ava, etc But that is just what I have read, best to speak to the RR operator themselves and make your own mind up.
  6. More weight saving to be had there Archie
  7. This place is always recommended for bodywork repairs, I took my sisters car there and he did a top job. JB Coachworks Jim Biggam 54 Well Street Paisley PA1 2QH 0141 842 1465

  11. Type Progrip into yell.com and this is what you get Progrip, Unit 8, Canal Bank Estate, Seabegs Rd, Bonnybridge, Stirlingshire FK4 2BP Tel: 01324 810111
  12. I cant add anything useful about ICE but IMO Leona Lewis MURDERS Run, it is right up there with G4s version of Radioheads Creep. Why cant these X factor crap leave classics alone?
  13. I have my harness bolted to the rear seat belt mounting holes in my Fiestas. Crap picture but you can just about make it out But even this is not ideal. They should be mounted higher if possible, like Corsas Corsa. IMO the way they are fitted in Welshos car is dangerous.
  14. IMO the Speedline ST2s are one of the best looking wheels on a classic, but they are heavy so are best as a road wheel. Team Dynamics Pro Race 1.2s are popular on Hillclimb/Sprint cars because they are very light but not too expensive, if they fit over your brakes they would probally be your best bet.
  15. IF you can get a good price for it and IF the money is going towards a Hillclimb/Sprint project, get it sold. But you are probably best hanging on to it at the moment, it is a really bad time to sell a car, you virtually have to give them away.
  16. It does look nice when I drive by, I just don't stop there because it is one of the many places where I cant lock/unlock my MY00 Impreza due to nearby transmitters interfering with the remote
