  1. Have you thought about a car cover, they are really good, I got one from Scooby world, I have the same bother as I live in a flat, car cover did the trick as it has a padlock on it so it cannot be lifted up from nosey folk. It pops off in about 30 seconds and takes 2 minutes to put it back on. cheers

  17. I stumbled on it by accident today when I went to the shops, was a good wee event, I have posted up some pictures on tin tops thread below, I also found out this is Vauxhalls last season as they are pulling out of the btcc. It seemed really odd to have it at 12 noon on a Thursday but I suppose the event was for the media so they could promote the race on Sunday. Was weird though to stumble on touring cars in the middle of Edinburgh.
  18. A few pictures from the Touring Cars visit to Edinburgh Today, not a bad wee show prior to the big event on Sunday. Johnny Herbert made a guest appearance along with John Cleland.
  19. Good article in this weeks Motorsport News on the Gathering cheque presentation, page 17.
  20. Well Done to all Involved, a class event to mark the efforts of a world class driver.
  21. You will be fine I have the same set up and sailed through no bother.
  22. The Crail Thrash takes place regularly throughout the year, twice monthly on Sundays. As Scotland's 1/4 mile Drag Strip, it has become hugely popular, primarily because anyone can learn how to do it. All you require is a UK driving licence, a vehicle, and that's it. We have a new state of the art system, with full Christmas Trees (countdown start lights), computer and staging gear specially imported from USA from drag timing specialists Portatree (www.portatree.com), which is directly connected to the website using Channel 6 Multimedia's (www.ch-6.co.uk) online results system. It's easy! Learn how to do it when you sign on at the start office. Like thousands of regular visitors, once you've tried it you'll be hooked. 6th September is lookin good !! the question is Jon brave enough............Debs get some practice in at the local traffic lights Please let everyone know if this happens as I am sure a lot of people will come and watch
  23. Welcome Aboard Debs, now you gotta take Jon Boy to Crail and challenge him to the 1/4 mile drag..........you can decide what happens when you win, ironing, house work or wash your car for a month!!!
