As above, green classic on Vauxhall Way from the Kimpton road/Airport Way roundabout, flashed the lights and waved at me. I was driving my WR Blue STi, reg T2** ACE.

I'm bedfordshire mate, and so far only one bloke in a silver '04 STi hasn't waved back. Just him. Miserable ****

I haven't driven an '08 yet. but wouldn't mind a go! But i can't see me buying one regardless, i'm more than happy with my '53 STi

An '06 STi shouldn't have any probs running 95RON (assuming its not an import??). It won't make the power figures, but you won't notice in normal driving. Give your dealer a ring, or check your hand book mate!

I've had my '03 STi about a month too mate, and i'm getting around 180-220 miles to the tank depending on my mood I only run shell V-power or the like. i wont be using 95RON.

Having just come back to the fold from 2 yrs of company cars, it was fantastic on the day i picked up my scoob that an STi driver waved and flashed his lights! I already had my scooby smile on, but that topped off my day! I always wave at scoobs, i like to think that if i encountered trouble with the car (probably unlikely ) a scoob owner would lend a hand! ...course didn't go down well the other day when i waved from the cockpit of my VXR... Think the chap thought i was bonkers!

...And string him up by his nads!!

Nice one mate! I'm hoping to get mine rolling roaded to see what she's running. Its a STi (MY03) on a 53 plate. Only mod is a full Prodrive exhaust. So I'm not expecting massive power.

Would just like to say hello to all! I actually used to be a member on here a few years ago, username Ace, but events made me sell my WRX and for the last couple of years been ragging about in, dare i say it, vauxhall company cars! But... Having had enough of the company cars i felt the time was right for me to return to the Subaru fold! And here i am complete with my new purchase a WRX STi (MY03)!! God its good to be back
