totally agree, the LE can kill at 3 miles. There was a program i watched on sky, one of these true life programs. A guy in the USA bought a Lee Enfield and used to fire it on his range, the nearest main road was like 2 miles away or so. This woman is driving along one day with her windows open and suddenly according to witnesses she careers off the road. Anyway forensics check the car and then the body and there is an entry hole in the base of her neck and an exit hole other side of her face.
turns out sheer chance that the guy fires a shot off from the rifle, the round travels across the lake and into the travelling car, thats unlucky
