Fitted new spoiler today,looks alot better- £50 delivered from a guy on fleabay, not bad. 4 pots arrived today so need to clean them up and paint the calipers ready for fitting tomorrow.

Not yet Rich ,need to get the front brakes sorted and some decent tyres then i'll see about scaring myself at Knockhill.

Got some new discs/pads for the rear today so got the car jacked up and got stuck in. Here's the old ones -what a mess.... And the shiny new ones; The brown bits where the pads are isn't rust it's never-sieze. Now waiting on a set of 4 pots/discs and pads for the front and change the fluid to Dot 5.1 Roll on friday.....

Just got some 4 pots for the front is it better to change the back to 2 pots or can i just replace the discs and fit decent pads?

The wrx is slanty type not sure about the Sti- will need to do a bit of searching...

Does anyone know if the intercooler from a 95 Sti type RA fits straight on to a 95 WRX Type RA or is there mods needed to make it fit?

Aye Rich bonnet has been replaced with a steel one,pop over any time i'll probably be in the garage!!!!

Cheers RA Dunk, the car isn't immaculate more like very,very good condition.It's had a touch up and bit of paint on bumper but you wouldn't really notice it unless you were really looking for it. Can anyone tell me if 4 pots definentely fit under my alloys and what size of discs do i need .Also do the calipers bolt straight on or do i need a fixing kit/new bracket?

Ok had a look at the folder for the Type RA today and it was imported by Indy car sales in 2005 and sat in their garage on a sorn (and possibly a knackered btm end)until 2008 when they started getting it strppied down and rebuilt.I think it was then bought at the auction when Indycar sales went bust by the 2nd last owner. Here's some info of the work done and add-ons; New clutch Engine Bored o/s 0.25mm New pistons,rings Oil pump R/G Crank All new bearings/seals Cam belt changed Engine flushed when re-built All oils changed And lots more bits and pieces coming to a total of £4005.00 Some of the new additions, Kakumei stainless headers /up pipe Zero sport ECU - harder map (boost set for 12 psi) Innovate Lambda sensor and Bosch LSU-4.2 wideband, 5 wire oxygen sensor Apexi Airflow converter (digital display has stopped working so is unplugged from ecu) Cobra cat 1 Alarm/immobiliser. Here's some pics from today after removing the wheels to check the brakes -desperately need new brakes!!! Cheers for all the advice & comments so far

The one on here would be much better.The p1 your mate looked at has quite a few scratches/chips on it and under the bonnet isn't the cleanest either.Alot better P1 's for sale at the moment than this one -but this is only my opinion,hope he finds a decent one.

Had a look at this one myself and couldn't see an I.D plate and also asked the garage owner if the engine had been rebuilt? Answer; Not got a clue mate ,why would it need the engine rebuilt? Left the showroom shortly after that....
