  5. Had a case of lift off oversteer myself last week , slip road joining a dual carriageway which tightened as the corner went on, was in 3rd gear just coming on boost when i had to lift off. Very controllable and it was raining, never had it in the dry though, think you would need to be pushing really hard for that

  9. Nice pics mate. That Dodge Ram must have been a handful, 8.3l V10, 500bhp and rear wheel drive!! The guy in the Rage buggy was brave or mad.
  10. Sorry, my specialist subject is Pontiac Trans Ams, still learning about the Scoobs.
  11. As a few peeps have already said John, the only thing that matters is that you're happy with the outcome. YOUR MONEY, YOUR DECISION. You're a braver man than most for going down this route in order to give your car a "one off" look. I thought about gold decals for my black car but at the end of the day my cahoonas ain't big enough Go for it
  12. Thanks, apologies for the lack of knowledge
  13. What are the differences and which is the better car? Apologies for asking a dumb question, just curious.

  20. Windscreen is getting fitted tomoro It'll probably rain now!!
  21. Was driving home from nightshift last thurs morn when i noticed a rather large crack in my windscreen on the passenger side about 8" long coming in from the A-pillar , not sure how it happened as no visible chips at all. Then on fri as i parked in my works carpark the wind blew my door out of my hand as i opened it and it smacked a brand new Honda CRV parked next to me leaving a rather large dent in the Hondas door. The Honda is a mates at work so i owned up to it, could easily have parked elsewhere and said nothing as no-one saw it happen. Honesty is the best policy, as they say. Windscreen guy came to fit window yesterday but couldn't because of the blizzard conditions and so that's been put off for another day.
  22. Your a brave man John removing them gfx. Can't wait to see the new look. I'm quite sure you won't have any entries in the "W.I.Y" topic as everyone will know exactly who they've spotted!
