  5. Very nice Davie Maybe see or hear you going through Keith
  6. Sorry to hear you are standing down as R/O Al. I know you haven't been feeling on top of the world lately. Congrats Pete. Now we won't get a minutes peace. Will see you both on Sunday.
  7. Hi. Really nice car you got there I reckon you should get your name down for the Rrrrallye Car Show in Keith in 4 weeks & meet the local guys. If you are coming from the Banff side you can't miss it There is a thread on the events page so feel free to add your name. It was a really good day last year.
  8. Hello Mr S. Nice to have you on board. Probably hear you going past my house tomorrow. Have you sold the Vectra????? Peter
  9. Brilliant turnout of Imprezas just a pity about the weather. As an added bonus Sidc won the trophy for the Best Club Stand today Nobody came forward to claim the trophy & as I was the one of the last to leave I was asked to collect it on behalf of SIDC & is now sitting in my kitchen. I don't know who keeps the club trophies but if somebody could give me a name & an adress I'll post it on. Peter
  10. I'll be there as well keeping Pete company on the stand
  11. Al I'll be there I touch goats Just hope someone's there to take the stand south. Peter
  12. Hi guys I was wondering if everybody who was showing on Sunday could pm me your addresses. I have a small momento of the day to send out to each of you Peter
  13. The last pic was taken a week past Saturday from 40 feet up on the end of a JCB telescopic handler couldn't afford a helicopter. There's only 18 cars (Stu's mates) in the photo but you have no idea how difficult it was to organise 18 young guys to get a decent photo. Peter
  14. I'm sorry I did not get time to stop & speak to everyone in person but I'm glad everyone enjoyed themselves. I didn't see a SIDC or MLR team entered for the mini it's a knockout. Now that would have been a laugh. That was some motorbike that won the trophy. The guy stays in Keith & that was his latest creation. Orange County Choppers comes to Keith??????? We had already decided this would be an annual event so here's to next year. Peter
  15. A huge heartfelt thanks to you guys for tuning up it really made the day to see the support we got. Being the first show, we had no idea what was in front of us. We (the Rrrraylle Team) can only organise the event it's guys like yourselves who make the show happen. I don't know yet how much money was raised but it will go along way to educate the youngsters on driving safely & hopefully save lives. Al if I'd a trophy for the best stand & the Scoobies won it I would have been lynched. Picking up 2 trophies isn't bad is it. Thanks again guys Peter
  16. Very nice car Pete I see you have your name down for the Rrrraylle so I'll look forward to seeing you there
  17. I was there on Sunday as well with my blue STI blobeye but my son was driving the Scooby all day. The best time Raymond managed was a 13.69. The only mod to the Scooby is complete Ninja 2 stainless steel exhaust with a sport cat.
  18. Thanks guys I'll have look tomorrow. Peter
  19. I hope someone comes up with an answer to this one as I have the same problem. I have a 2004 STI & I changed the whole exhaust system to a Ninja 2 complete with a sport cat. The engine hasn't been remapped yet as Scoobyworld said it can run safely as it is because they ran one for a year without a remap. The STI was on the rollers in November completely standard. BHP was 267 & torque was 243 lbft. It was on the rollers again in March after the exhaust change when it gained 6 BHP but the torque went up to 282lbft. The engine light did not come on till a week after the exhaust change. Any suggestions would be welcome.
  20. Hi Al seen you in Keith today heading towards Aberdeen just before the new Tescos. I was out in the grey Ford Ranger you saw on the corner heading towards Elgin. You probably didn't know it was me.
  21. It was pretty bad here in Keith yesterday. Police weren't letting any vehicles out of the town towards Aberdeen in the morning & I think it was the same in Huntly. Traffic did start moving later in the afternoon. Snow at the back of my shop was knee deep. I'm lucky I've a Ford Ranger as a delivery truck so we managed to keep our customers happy. People have been telling me that there is more snow forecast
  22. I got a postcard through the door yesterday as well. Some of the servicing staff have also gone to the Porsche dealership. Sad sign of the times we are in just now.
  23. Paul you probably saw pictures of my Mondeo at the local show we had up here at Inchberry a few weeks back. At that show I had my Impreza & Mondeo sitting side by side. As for the bucket seats in the back I thought the back seat passengers should have the same comfort as the ones in the front. I'll come up & say hello next time
  24. Yes Robin's Mondeo does have a Scooby bonnet scoop. As well as being an SIDC member I'm also a Mondeo owner & I was at the other end line with the Rapid Fit Mondeo. I did think about speaking to yous but I bottled out of it maybe next time. Nice line up motors though guys
