As i said in the other thread It has all been discussed before and i even offered to pay out of my own pocket for 1000 flyers to be made up to avoid any outlay/interference with the commitee. I really liked the design of Malky's flyer and thought that would have been ideal in a similar size to the Type R Scotland flyer. Is it going to be a Regional flyer, advertising the time and venue of a local monthly meet or is it going to be a National flyer just advertising the club and forum? Grant

Billy it is alot easier for eat coast peeps to get to Stepps than Hillington. Coming off the M8 at Barlinnie then up through Stepps. Hillington would invovle fighting off the cretins on the Kingston Bridge I, personnally, would prefer Hillington as it means i have less distance to rattle my way to Grant

Might attend this if i can get the oil cooler removed or moved to a better place Grant

The route does not include the AA box or Bridge of Alford Route is decided and the maps are printed Too late now to change the route over to either the AA box or Bridge of Alford Crathie or Ballater are the only RV options and i would prefer you were at Crathie due to it being an half hour break Grant

<< << GROUP 3- MEETING AT THE CAR PARK IN CRATHIE 1100-1130HRS (FINAL) >> Why here ? I would prefer to take the interesting road up from Alford. So can I suggest meeting at Bridge of Alford at 11:00am Then meeting up with everyone else at Colnabaichin AA Box after 11:30 AM for the final run up to the Lecht. >> The reason the meeting point is at Crathie is we used it on the last run to great effect due to its capacity, public toilets and proximity to the Queens hoose. Not that much of a drive coming from Aberdeen area to Crathie considering i and a few others will be coming from the other side of Glasgow and need to travel 100 miles just to get to the starting point A93 Westbound coming from Aberdeen It is a good route for the Aberdeen locals to get involved in and meet some new faces as after the photo call at the Lecht the locals can head back along the A93 Eastbound. Whilst be egged as if i was entering the olympics representing the Isle of Bute by Walker, Texas Ranger i managed a 6.07 in a tuned GT One Toyota with circa 110bhp. Using a std controller, manual gears and no driver aids what so ever. If i had nailed the last complex before the start/finish line i would have got it under the 6 min mark. Grant

I am sorry but the pace of Group One wont be anything special. Too early into the new cars ownership to be thinking i am some sort of Walter Rohrl. Grant

I never fitted the anti lift kit to the Red car and the Blue car does not need it. With the suspension on this car i think my max wheel size is going to be 16's at the most but thanks for the offer. Grant -
Mines is the whole bloody car. On the old car i did fall in love with the roller bearing turbo which gave fantastic fifth gear lazy pulls. Grant

Amazing quote and service from an insurance company

Stunned by the shear quality of the service and quote from Kieth Micheals. Spoke to a gent called Gary who within 15 mins has gave me a quote of £950, which beat my old NU Direct quote by £300, for my 95 WRX STI. The guy knew his stuff about Subarus and was an absoloute pleasure to deal with. When i initially thought of getting cover for the new car i expected to be on the phone for a good while to some ninkompoop in Azerpakiafghani-stan. The experience i had with Gary has changed my outlook on insurance companies and how they should operate. From beginning to end the whole convo took 15 mins with some chit chat at the end with some pleasent gangsta rap when processing my card details. Cant recommend you give this guy a try and i can virtually guarenteed that you will be stunned by the whole experience. Grant -

Now i know what your were meaning by Torque. Very, very angry car coming off of roundabouts. Everything about the car is hardcore and softening the suspension is not on the agenda. Just need to tax her when the insurance note comes through then i cant wait to hit the open road {hopefully it is smooth} Grant -
and the 20g is sold to me. Grant

Thanks big chap!!!!!!!! Absoloutley awesome piece of machinary. If i had any teeth left, they would have been rattled clean out after about 5 miles. Looking forward to many miles of happy rattling. Every couple of miles along the road i kept on noticing another wee mod the over enthusiastic Jap person came up with. Grant -

I was planning to answer the door starkers with Sidney Devine playing at full volume in the background but the ensueing court battle and subsequient media coverage put me off. I will just throw boiling hot oil out the top window at them Grant
