  1. Possibly. I haven't been for a couple of years what time does it kick off ?
  2. Goodyear Eagle Asymetrics get my vote.
  3. Can't quite remember as they've been on a year. But if I recall correctly top one is just a clip in job, bottom one needs three holes drilling for the lower attachments. It's one of those measure a thousand times drill once jobs ! Make sure you pilot drill with an undersize drill bit first, once you've got the grill inserted into the three holes it's just a case of drilling the two upper holes for the screws. A word of warning the edges of the grills have sharp bits which will shred your fingers !
  4. Pics of my Zun Sports grills
  5. Not to my knowledge, I wouldn't exactly say it's really kicking off in the Berks section
  6. Mark, uppload picture's to a photo hosting web site e.g. flickr, photobucket Then click on the insert image button when either posting or replying to a thread, you then need to paste the link to your hosted photo's in between the IMG markers. Good to see you again yesterday
  7. I plan on going but don't wait around for me just in case the wife has other plans
  8. Bit chilly but a good turn out, I'll deffinately go again in the spring/summer. Nice meeting you fellas, and Mark yes that was an exciting drive home
  9. I'll be there tomorrow at 12:00, I'm in a grey one.
  10. Ok, I'll post before Sunday morning if I can make it. Sainsbury's is only a couple of mins drive away from me.
  11. I might be up for this depending on how my weekend pans out. How long does the meet last and where are you leaving from at 12:00 ?
  12. When and where were you thinking ?
  13. It's a bit of journey but I'll come along
  14. Hello, live in Bracknell, drive a Crystal Grey 2004 WRX
  15. I have anthracite on my crystal grey WRX
  16. I agree the Whiteline ones are noisy due to them being progressive springs, but it's an easy fix with spriral wrap to stop them clonking.
  17. I had the fast road settings done by GRD on my WRX. This has certainly made the front tyre wear more even, the no longer wear on the outside edges.
  18. So I drive a Subaru and the wife an Impreza, we're not a popular family out on the roads then.
  19. I can not understand what is green about forcing what are perfectly serviceable cars off the road prematurely only to be replaced by new build cars. Surely it is better to make use of what we already have today rather than manufacturing new, I believe that the manufacturing and disposal processes that these so called green cars appear to out weigh that of keeping existing cars going. What a tw@t Gordon Brown is.
  20. I bought a K&N last week for my Newage. Not fitted it yet
  21. I took my WRX out on a track last year (the place to find out how your car really handles) and found that it took some pretty serious provocation to step the back end out even when lifting off mid corner. The Impreza when standard has a massive tendency to under steer which I found pretty shocking how bad it was. I've since put up rated springs and the geometry done and now pretty happy with the handling.
  22. I don't think they gave it a bad review, maybe not the glowing report we would have liked as Subaru owners. It's the circumstances they tested it under which may have been flawed. The reviews that both Top Gear and 5th Gear are pretty meaningless to most of us ordinary folk who drive their cars on the road anyway. I drive my car pretty hard on the road every now and again and I’ve never yet found myself power sliding intentionally around a roundabout. I have however made tweeks to the handling on my Newage as when I took it out on a track I thought it was pretty crappy, I didn't notice how bad it was when driven on the road. Test drive the car yourself and make your own judgement.
  23. This is the route I'm considering going down so I'd be interested too. Would enough interest on here generate a discount for a group buy ?
