  1. Just to let you all know the dog was found but unfortuntely it was hit by a train, The scot rail guys were kind enough to bury the dog where it happend, they noticed the dog on one of the posters and contacted my mate. Very nice of them to do that.

Damned decent of them i would say

    Sorry about the outcome though.

  2. C'mon guys we all know where this is going. Buy your government approved electric car that complies with every fcukin rule this a*** end of a government decides WE NEED AND PAY for then everything will be fine. You cant have that number plate on your car because it doesn't have this BS mark or that stupid mark on it - never mind illegal spacing of the frikin letters. Speed bumps - another piece of crap - i live directly opposite the primary school in my village and have on many occassions waved down the village fcukin idiot drivin past a 45 mph and launchin his chav mobile off the speed bumps where as i have to drive over them at less the 5 mph or the splitter gets done in. Ooooo, you dare to have a car that is different, oh well **** you, we will decide that you have to pay £405 a year for road tax because your car exhaust stinks, well **** you, go to fcukin Nigeria and see the polution pouring out of every industrial area there, or go to China and shut down all of the unrestricted power stations burning full blood coal FFS!

    Rant over..............................ish!

  3. :P well thatl certainly block out Tams dressing gown-or are you planning to burn it?? :D

anyone up for wandering into town after tea, finding an indian and starting an argument over a bill for food we havent ordered for old times sake?

  6. yea should be fine Kenny, its designed to be family friendly-as long as he's ok in the car for a lot lol

are you bringing the other half Rich? does she know your car wont have a heater...

hope the rota works out for you Neil and you can still make it

Full size spare wheel and a baseball bat mate!! (and midge repelant) Still rage when i think about the ***** drivin that recovery truck!

  7. ;) I couldnt hear it running at the santa cruise run!

On topic, it has been said, drive both and if you are sure and certain at the bottom of your heart that you wont be modifying to reach or exceed the spec of the STI, go for the GB270. Me personally, I would go for the STi.

Aye, just nae sure what to fit and don't want to **** with decat's for MOT hassles, probably just try a new rear box? Any advice of which one?

  8. I rarely like standard factory cars of any type,I usually look at a standard car, that I may love the look of,but most of the time think,,oh yes, looks great but, maybe different wheels,or change the skirts/splitter or whatever, but heavily modified cars are like it or hate it alot of the time.

That car isnt heavily modified as far as scoobs go,yes from what it was when it left the factory, but its quite normal styling except for the paint. It looks sh*te in my opinion, its not 1992 anymore, when that kind of paintjob was on the cover of Street Machine magazine. That paint would look naff on any car,let alone a ltd edition.Obviously someone likes it,otherwise nobody would have chosen to paint it like that.

Shame,I really dont like seeing wat is/will be a rare car getting spoilt.Hopefully an enthusiast will buy it and return it to factory spec...

    ;)

  9. Had my RB320 since new and LOVE it! Never had any issues with oil consumption etc and have kept mods to a minimum (strut brace, stickers etc). It does between 25 and 11mpg depending how you drive it :) . I have had the rear shockers replaced under warranty but that's about it. Only thing i would like is a SLIGHTLY louder exhaust ;)

  10. Really :( i never noticed that.

But then again i wanted one from a reliable breeder with proof of good hip scores

My 6 year old male has hip dysplasia and in the future there will be a lot of heart ache when he gets arthritis and that's why i paid top money for her

Aye, i know what you mean. We were shown the Pedigree papers etc for George our male (rescued from a flat in Glasgow) but weren't allowed to keep them and we had to singn a contract saying we would have his nads removed as well, so no real need for the papers! In my opinion the purer bred they are the more likely you are to have problems so i have him insured to the hilt - look at the amount of Heinz 57's that are 15 years old and never even had a vacination (only my opinion). The wee bitch we got from them last year has no papers etc - rescued from a coal sellar in Middlesburgh by the police along with three siblings. Again the rescue thing is purely my choice as i would hate to see these georgeous beast being put to sleep 'cause no one wants them.

  11. I've been looking on there for years and wanting another one but wanted a puppy in the end

We told them to let us know when they had a pup available and it took a time but in the end we got one - not weeks old but still a pup. Noticed late last year they had a litter for adoption though.

  12. Well Being an even older git than bobbyc my much abbreviated list goes a little like this -

1970's - Mini Cooper S (insured as an 850!), MK1 Escort Mexico (wish i'd kept it)

1980's - Vauxhall Firenza Droop Snoot, Open Ascona Berlinetta (the choice of car in Peterhead at that time!), MK3 Cortina GT, 3 Litre Capri Ghia.

    1990's - Capri 2ltr S, XR4i, 205 Gti 1.9 (loverly), Rover 216 (met the wife!!) 206 Diesel, Vectra GSi

2000's - Mini 1275, Skoda Octavia TDi (brilliant car), Mercedes 220D (dont ask), BMW 525D M Sport (great car but boring), Mondeo daily runner to and from work, Dodge Nitro 2.8 SXT - got to be one of the best value buys ever, and of course the RB320 - now what can i say, this will never be sold! :(
