Nice one!
For those heading through tomorrow morning, I was planning on heading for the shell garage in Inverness before heading back to the retail park just so were topped up as we arrive.. SHould help clogging up the garage a wee bit..
Yip, we were planning on doing the same - try to ease the congestion a bit!!

A little question guys! Did yous get anything in the post about the warrenty is up and the car is due a M.O.T?
My car was up this month and got nothing, luckly when i checked the reg form it was up the next day, i was always told
u get a bit of notice when its due.
Heard nothing about the MOT but was reminded that it was time for the 30k / 3 year service. Got the letter from Subaru about the warranty the day before it expired!
Joined the AA £89-00 for me and the wife with roadside recovery - seemed like a good deal to me?
-
Aye, the above suits me as well, see you guys at Morgan McVeighs same as last year

Got the letter in this week as well to renew on the RB and threw it in the bin after studying it. I couldn't make up my mind if the shocks would be covered as i've already had them done under warranty to the "upgraded" versions. As for modifications, the way I read it, and I could be wrong, but even putting on an aftermarket exhaust would invalidate the warranty -so the exhast goes and you must fit the original exhaust at over £1K - **** that, i'll put on an aftermarket one for half that and it will look and sound better. I will probably join the AA though, and probably before the Highland Fling!!!
Will keep the tracker as is - seems good value for 100 euro's and is working fine (as i find out every time i set it off by accident!)
-
Good stuff Dave, i'll have the haggis neeps and tatties please!
-
Done.

Just to let you all know the dog was found but unfortuntely it was hit by a train, The scot rail guys were kind enough to bury the dog where it happend, they noticed the dog on one of the posters and contacted my mate. Very nice of them to do that.
Damned decent of them i would say
Sorry about the outcome though.

C'mon guys we all know where this is going. Buy your government approved electric car that complies with every fcukin rule this a*** end of a government decides WE NEED AND PAY for then everything will be fine. You cant have that number plate on your car because it doesn't have this BS mark or that stupid mark on it - never mind illegal spacing of the frikin letters. Speed bumps - another piece of crap - i live directly opposite the primary school in my village and have on many occassions waved down the village fcukin idiot drivin past a 45 mph and launchin his chav mobile off the speed bumps where as i have to drive over them at less the 5 mph or the splitter gets done in. Ooooo, you dare to have a car that is different, oh well **** you, we will decide that you have to pay £405 a year for road tax because your car exhaust stinks, well **** you, go to fcukin Nigeria and see the polution pouring out of every industrial area there, or go to China and shut down all of the unrestricted power stations burning full blood coal FFS!
Rant over..............................ish!

Aye, he looks like a nasty piece of work right enough

I'm going to phone them and tell then to get their signs down before we arrive - its actually pretty good!!

Anyone had a night out in ullapool? How are the pubs? How many are there?
I've been there for a weekend for the last 4 years during June/July (charity bike run) and the pubs are good and plentiful. The best in my opinion is the Seaforth, great food and beer and usualy have live music on a Saturday night.
-
I checked with the Lochbroom Filling Station in Ullapool and although they are a Gleanor branded outlet the guy assures me it's Shell Super Unleaded (97 ron) they sell.
Room booked at the Royal as well.
