Thanks fellas, am quite happy with how the photos came out.
Baz - I'm surprised you've not considered the spoilerless look with you being the Rosemary Conely of impreza's? There's a fair weight in those spoilers.
Oh and my spoiler is still attached to the original lid. I'm quite impressed with the colour match from the eBay one Brian and I fitted.
weight only matters if it doesn't affect the WRC look

Nice job Lewis, you may have rubbed a bit too hard when doing the rear spoiler as it seems to be invisible
-
Not bad going out to the driveway with those two!
-
Can't help you with the info, but you can't sell stuff on here unless you are a member, post edited!
Have you got the sound deadening off yet?
-
Unlucky! You did very well throughout the year, fingers crossed things aren't that bad.
-
Thought about that too Dave, bit noisy though - a half cut through the trunk might help the wind to sort it for me! Two of the bloody things fell down already, but they were in the middle, leaving the current offender standing strong
-
That would help Gordon, any chance of a wee borrow sometime soon please?
-
If nothing else it's worth asking you lot of plebs for the ridiculous answers - fannies
Gordon, is this a chainsaw tied to a pole with clothes rope or a proper thing for the job mate?
-
Anyone around the Lanark area got something for lopping the tops off high hedges? Not really ideal ladder situation so wondered if anyone has an electric one on a telescopic pole. Neighbours trees are starting to interfere with Sky dish when windy!

Depending on your location mate I could help out with the welding!
I'll be interested to see how yours goes mines is going on a diet over the winter !

What I've done has taken mine to under 1300kgs, more to come this winter

How extreme are you prepared to go re weight?
Have a read at my mod thread I have made significant weight savings and I reckon the STI would have started heavier.
Depends how far you want to go - keep us posted

Unlucky with the job
I presume you are focusing on making it lighter?

lol at the committee being paid for attending events - I'm the treasurer and no one receives funds of any sort to attend shows or events, club expenses are very very low and only ever issued on approval of a majority where no other cheaper, or alternative, solution was available. Our time is ALWAYS free of charge.

First BTCC race isn't until after 11 Del, no rush then
Nice one Craig. We're going courtesy of Dunlop and a mate who works at 888.
