  1. Car looked good today Gus! Legacy? Only doctors can afford them mate!
  2. Don't know the details of how, Andy will no doubt be along to explain. It involves fuel and timing changes and it is 'always on'. It only works between about 2200 and 4500rpm and so can be driven around. It also has a mind of it's own. Some days it is very 'poppy' where it just will go constantly on the over run and other times it will only do it once as the throttle is shut and then again when the revs drop below 2200rpm. This can change from one engine start to another. I.e. start and head for fuel, bang city. Start after fuel and only one bang per lift. Never consistent. Always makes me grin though! The flames on the overrun are awesome. Especially when warm and pushing on. It doesn't have a negative effect on economy. I've had it for four years and would never consider having it deactivated. It does make the car less smooth though. And after all that I don't even know if it can be done on yours....... Andy?

  12. Just a heads up for those in the area or heading for the Lanarkshire Meet. I noticed this morning that the B7018 will be closed from 16th May for 3 weeks at Kirkfieldbank end! Access from Lesmahagow to Lanark is therefore not possible without a detour.
  13. There's a difference between equal length headers and twin scroll headers Andy
  14. What year/engine you got? I have 800cc injectors on a 2005 STi with an MD321T - spool is similar to VF35 (which I had as standard) but high end grunt is relentless - the other parts you mention I have on mine with the exception of the the flywheel
