Think I had days of just going between my house and B&Q/Tesco on busy roads......mmm, yeah really boring! Thankfully the wife hasn't got me going to B&Q that often so it's fun 99.999999% of the time! If you're worried about the fuel, it's not the car to be buying!

[] Hard to do!!?? I bet. Think I've managed about 280miles which I was pretty happy with. Having to take the Scoob to work (70 mile round trip) at the moment so I'm filling up every 4 days or so!!! [:'(] But....it's all good fun!

Just passing through. Work in Helensburgh so always go to and from via the Cardross Road, unless I fancy a wee burn along the A82!! []

Mine is a MY05 Crystal Grey. Nothing on it at all.....well, apart from the SIDC sticker!

I also spotted him this morning on the way into Helensburgh. Were the pops and bangs just for me?? []

Quality. Only got as far as page 6 before heading out but I'll take it up again later!!! I also skipped to the last few pages and see that people from other car clubs around the world have been on! Even from New Zealand!

Wow! That was like watching a Rocky film!!! [] I was like....oh no.....yeah....no....yeah!!!! Been to Kruger park before and it's a pretty amazing place. Beats the zoo!!!!

Nice. [Y] My ultimate aim (like a lot of us I imagine) is to pay Andy a visit. How much of an actual increase do you see after a visit? I've got a MY05 WRX with PPP and a decatted down pipe. Would I see much of an increase and would I be advised to do something else to get the most from the re-map? Cheers.

Our traffic dept have new speed guns the size of hand held camcorders and are a lot more accurate than the old style. Think these ones can target the one car.

Unfortunately in some cases, our hands are tied. In this instance we have 2 witnesses who are willing to give their version of events. All we can do it report the matter to the Procurator Fiscal and they/a trial will decide who's telling the truth. I've been to incidents and then taken statements from scumbags and then charged other people who I know didn't deserve it but I didn't have much choice. Scots law says you need corroboration, i.e 2 witnesses, so if they're willing to lie...hell mend them. If it went to court, I'm sure they wouldn't come across as credible. Hello and welcome. C'mon the wagons!!! [Y] How long have you had the car? Could you not speak to the person/garage you bought it from? Greers are great. You could pop over and someone would no doubt have a quick look for free. Then you can have a chat about what else they can do! My bank balance thought it was a great day when I found out I was about half a mile from Greers and 2 miles from Meercat exhausts!!!!! [:'(] [] If you do drive over and go into the industrial estate, they're near the Scotskil Joinery. They don't have a sign above their unit. Cheers.

Shocking. Do these people have a plan and then just wait for a suitable car to come along? Great that you got away ok. Makes me glad I'm fairly rural and when I come home, the car goes straight in the garage...out of sight! Remember folks......when stopping at lights, leave yourself enough of a space between you and the car in front so you've got room to move if the need arises! We get that reminder on our polis driving....obviously don't have to worry about car jacking!!! Just if a hurry up call comes out!

I was hoping that you're nearest garage might have a clue because mine didn't! Seems to be a common thing! After reading about V Power day on here, I asked at my local and I had a similar response. Two guys laughed and said, 'Oh, I don't think they would do that'....in reference to me explaining about V Power being the same price as unleaded. Hey presto.....V Power day about a week later!!!

Colzo, Think it just seems to be luck! I've been to the garage and it had wee posters up saying that it was V Power day the following day or week. My 'local' has had 2 in the space of a couple of weeks!!! [] Just ask and hope they are in the know!

Had a good day. Good to meet some folk for the first time and enjoyed the drive up in convoy. Pity about the rain and me being a bit of a wuss and not getting the car down the strip [:$] (10/10 for effort in persuading me Nanaki). Hindsight is a wonderful thing and on the way home I was wishing I had done it, especially after seeing a lot of standard cars....including a Vauxhall Zafira..go down.
