  1. Evening all, Everyone had a good day?
  2. Loved to have had a right laugh on that!
  3. Eco V-power does smell sexy one of the reasons I like to fill up on it, and I have a mate who has a 2 stroke petrol lawn mower, any one think it would cope with half liter of V-power? lol Also on another point, my P1 has a sticker inside the fule cap stating "Super unleaded only" Problem is this can fall in to a number of options, like Esso Supream fules 98ron, Tecos momentum 99ron, Obveously Shell v-power ect, but its happed for shell so i use it. Bailey - Caravans are ok, but a KIA? Seriously???? Next you be saying you prefer Britney to the Foo's, and orange squash as opposed to JD lol.
  4. Every subaru is set up differently, mapped differently, and designed for differnt tolerances. Iv all ways ran as much as possable 99ron min in my car, But when things have been tight iv put in 95ron as a)its cheaper and b)I get more fule, but that was keeping off boost and driving like a granny. When I had my first map, my mapper seen that I had put shite fule in the car as the ECU pulled the timeing to cope. And even thought I had ran 99 ever after the Ecu never pulled the timing back to norm. The timeing was at 13 something something when it can go to max 16?? :S Any way long storie short, id stick to V-power or Momentum. monki.
  5. Id have to vouch for Scooby Projects the set up is very good, and they give very sound advice, unfortunantly I cant give an opinion on the other garages mentioned as I havent been there for a service. Only other dealership iv been to is my local subaru dealership Tileys. regards Monki.
  6. iv used Dr color chip to good effect, I would use it on small chips on my bonnet, and is very good for hiding other marks from 6ft away. But any major peppering or stone chips on the bumper I just sand it out and blow the lot over. (Nothing can beat a good paint job imho )
  7. sorry i couldent make it I had two jobs on and work comes first
  8. Evening all, Weres all the banter gone?

  19. I now have my Walbro255 lt per hour fuel pump, with my nice anaodised blue fuel pressure regulator with gauge filled up with some fluid stuff (Cath at Advanced Automotive told me the name but I forgot?) And fuel rail fitting. NGK spark plugs no7's And a awsome looking K&N induction kit also!. Like to thank Keith at Scooby projects for advising me on what I should buy to compliment the turbo and for organising getting me the parts, and Advance automotive for supplying me the parts for me to collect. Ill post piccies when I got a chance
  20. only V5 and V6 onwards can be remapped V1 to V4 needs a new or piggy back ecu IIRC?
  21. Hi guys, I knwo iv been more of a lurker and a poster, only because I havent seen much to post on or about lol. And also due to my new job and stuff its bene difficult keeping on top of things, but while i havent been around, iv had to do a few things to my belovied other half. . . . . . My turbo broke a seal causing me mayhem with oil being blown out the exhust and sucked into tthe inlet. So it had to be replaced!! And on order from Scoobyprojects, To which Keith has giving me great honest advice on the best route to take the car down! I have a uprated fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, RCM K&M induction kit, and NGK PF7RB sparkies ordered from Scooby projects! Then a Remap to suit the VF35 and full decat What do you guys think? But if i find once running 1.3 to close to 1.4 bar I notice any boost creep with the VF35, ill take Big D's advice and port out the waste gate hole, and fit a uprated forge actuator too, which only means more power
