Have to admit finding a bigger turbo in your car goes a long way to pushing you towards more mods.

yes i know about the bonnet scoop being pointless with a front mount, but it hasnt stopped them from fitting a bonnet scoop till now

true. didn't they used to use the scoop for the oil cooler? must have moved it elsewhere for new car.

Bonnet scoop serves no purpose when they use a front mount. There will be a kind of reverse scoop (a big hole really) in the bonnet though to allow air out once its gone through intercooler.

Anyway how can they ditch the gold livery even if i do like the new one.

Yeah. My face felt it monday and today. Worth it though. Got burnt at time attack last year a i now remember telling myself i would bring sun block this year... Well there is always next year.

I can fully understand all of the above however let me explain a bit more about the whole one person keeps transferring you bit if I can.

Bit companies outsource parts of the work (i work for a call center who gets this extra work from several big companies) and these outsource companies are only given access to very specific pieces of information required to let them complete the job they were hired for. Say sky had an outsource center dealing with overflow regarding broadband activation. If you got them and wanted to also had a sky tv inquiry they would have to transfer you to another center as they agent has only been trained on broadband and there system can't do anything other than that.

The only plus here is normally these transfers use dedicated numbers that get priority over joe public calling the tv inquiry number as you are already in the middle of a call.

It all comes down to costs I'm afraid as it would cost sky a lot of money (and other companies) to fully integrate ever out sourcer they use into there entire system.

Still sucks though I'm with you on that one.

For whats it's worth we don't have sky as a client although I'm sure our sales dept would kill for that contract.

A we hint is always to go through the system and select the "for all other inquiries option" as these people should be well trained to deal with pretty much anything you may ask and have full system access.

yeah it was a god program as those kind of programs go. would hate the job of the mechanic who looks after the cars mind you. all your hard work to fix them for the next thug to ram it... never ending.

well got wii fit yesterday and apart from feeling like an idiot in the living room with others watching it was actually very good fun. going to try and do half an hour to an hour each morning and see how that goes...

the only problem with it so far is I need to eject mario kart to put it in..... hmm decisions.
