Imagine the terror in me when as the ferry pulled away from the pier, I looked up up in admiration to the bridge, and G Mac was driving, he then put it on autopilot and came down for a blether!!!!!
Who the fecks driving!!!!!
definately safer with the auto pilot
-
congratulations derek
-
nice one keira
-
good progress there arch
3 to 4 second drop in times is a lot in sprinting, donalds car is in a class above(no offence)
2.5 with a 20g is definately a good combination for what your doing and i'm sure you will
improve more as you get used to the new set up
-
so how much it cost to take part? it a public thing or just people from the forums that are going?
usually £10 to get in to crail and £15 to go on the 1/4 mile
open to all
-
lookin good jase, what turbo are going for with the stroker?
-

343bhp can't be bad for nipping to the shops

Is it allright to use Castrol syntrax for service of new age 6 speed gearbox with A- DCCD and use it in the rear diff will it work with lsd if it has one .Going to halfords to get engine oil which i know what i won't and buy this gear oil if its right for doing the hole lot of as above i mentioned if you can help me out please
i used syntrax in both g/box and rear diff in the spec c.
there is probably something better out there but at the time i needed oil quick
and halfords was local
-
or something like this
-
needs a bit of tlc
-
yea thats the problem lol, i want something that will spool pretty quick for sprints etc but big enough for a bit of fun at knockhill too
yea well if you find a turbo that does both let me know
Bout time you got that Turbo fitted Jim, nice resultsaye was sitting doing nothing for too long chris, still wondering how long the clutch will last lol
nice work there Jim, the power sounds like it means business..though I prefer the fish and chips from that shop just near Andys place not sure if it still there.
never noticed mate, most chippy's up here are shut around 3pm
-
happy birthday mate
-
thats a bummer, were you much over the limit?
-
Well done Jim! Never realised it was today you were heading through.
Im sure the drive home was much better than the drive there!!
sure was craig!
Thanks for a wee shot round the Kirkiy 500 tonight Jim.I can't believe how quick she is through the gears it was like flat shifting
in comparison to mine. Lots more to come have fun and be safe.
no problem mate, just glad you didn't go flat out after my visit to mcdonalds
nice one jim, glad you got it all done.don't believe you let jac drive your car round the 500 though!!
cheers stevie, blind faith and all that

thought the T would have gave you a bit more than 400 TBH thought 400 was easy territory for the H, how is the spool on the T compared to the 20G then is it much later comming on song?
was contmplating a MD but wasnt sure which one to go for, kind of wanted the spool of the H and the top end of the T
when i said it was over 400bhp,i'd reckon its closer to 440 maybe more but don't want to be making any wild claims without a graph etc to back it up.not done much boost/rev tests yet but i would reckon full boost at just under 4000rpm.spec c was on full boost at 3600rpm for reference.
with a 2.1 i personally would go for the t,really depends what you want to use the car for?for short sprints then an h or 20g would probably be best option.
