    Ok Dave-Well im with Elephant and My00 WRX with only mod is Morrettes headlight con,im 40& the missus is 30&i have 6 points(not with the scooby)&im paying £615 with 9 years no claims[*-)]

    Hi mate just wondered what type of fuel you are running on ? I run on Shell Vpower as do most scooby owners and i do notice a slight smell once the car has warmed,not sure if it smells like matches though maybe someone else will shed some light on this.

    That happened to me a few years ago when i had an Uno Turbo i just swung onto the motorway heading for Glasgow i got a huge plume of white smoke then the turbo gave up the ghost ,after removing it i found out the bearings had siezed. SMaj.[:'(]

    sorry to about the car m8 but as long as you are fine thats cool,i passed there about 4pm today heading south and the roads were a bit greasy,hope the damage aint to severe and you are back on the road soon.

    Im looking for some advice on replacing the plugs but looking inside the engine bay from above i cant see where i can get access to them ,ive had the car up on a ramp with the service cover of but it looks pretty much the same ,any info on how to get them out please would be much appreciated.     Well ive got to be at the airport for six in the morning so up at around 4am ish ,i hate those damn early flights but i suppose it will be worth it 2 weeks all inclusive just hope that damn hurricane does not change course. Stevie
