From the pictures I have seen I must say that the STI looks the best. As I don't buy new cars I'll probably be aiming for a hawkeye next anyway.

Stickered up classic turning right out of the petrol station opposite mcdonalds at bromley common about 6 days ago. Sorry for not stopping to let you out but i didn't see you in time as i was checking my speed for the speed camera there. There's nothing like a speed camera to make you take your eyes off the road! Safety feature my a**s!

Sorted! Don't know where I was before when I tried to put my avatar on but it wasn't the same place I just found. This is so exciting. It's good to be back, I'm just wondering how long it takes the other half to realise that the forum's back and that I'll be spending more time on the computer.

I've tried uploading my avatar but it just keeps saying that it's too big. Its less than 150 x 150 and the same picture I used on the last site. Also, Granby I want to PM you but can't work that out either. Back soon, gone exploring.......

Just logged in and I'm very impressed with the new site.

My renewal from Admiral came through about two weeks ago for £650.00 all in. I rang Michael and he managed to give me a price of £505 so I rang back Admiral to cancel my policy. Before I confirmed Michaels policy though I went onto confused.com and put in all my details. Only two companies would quote and the cheapest was £450.00 from.............Admiral!! I got a reference number, rang them back and they said "yes that's fine, we'll honour that quote". It turns out that the details I entered onto confused.com were slightly different to the policy I had with them already. I asked what the difference was and they told me that on the internet quote I had confirmed that I have access to and drive another car (the wifes). So basically, by being able to drive an additional car I saved £200. Work that one out. My policy includes the PPP upgrade but I guess some of you have slightly more complicated mods than that. I've been using www.confused.com for years now and have always found them to get me the cheapest quote.

We saw you disappearing into the distance heading for the sea........then coming back with your duty frees lol It was a long old treck to the sea. I checked the tides before we left and low tide was at midday so it took about ten minutes to walk down there. There was a bit of the beach that was quite soft and I kept sinking into the sand so I hope you didn't see that as I ended up runing across it screaching like a girl! The dogs loved it though and the car stunk all the way home. [&][&]

Theres a road opposite the car park so we all parked there, we saw you a few times walking the dogs but you never noticed us [] D'oh! When I saw you all driving off I thought that you were going somewhere completly different so I didn't look out for you on the beach. It's the first time we've been down there and the beach was lovely so the dates in the diary for next year (assuming I'm not working). We also ended up having fish and chips from the chipie accross the road, which was nice. []

Where did you end up in the end?

Hey guys, sorry I had to split from the group but the car park we went to just had happened to be at the part of the beach were dogs are allowed so we thought that we would make the most of it and stay put. The dogs were starting to get a little hot and bothered. Hope you managed to find somewhere to park up all together. Cheers Granby for making the arrangements. ps. looking at that map I reckon we sat in the Greatstone "no dog" zone last year - don't know what Ians planning for 2moro? Looks like I'm going to bring the dogs so probably won't be able to join you for the annual frisbee extravaganza!!
