  1. There's a big drink drive campaign at the moment so expect to see a lot more over the next week or so.
  2. Green classic on Friday at about 11.45am on Bromley Common and finally made eye contact with Uno Turbo today on Chatterton Road at about 12.20 hours. I'm assuming you were nodding at me! (I was on foot as usual).
  3. B*gger, couldn't make today. Are you around tomorrow Big Jay?
  4. The shirts are ready?
  5. Hello, goodevening and welcome.
  6. Very entertaining, however, I'm still waiting for the footage of you all takeing off and flying across a full moon "ET" style!
  7. I've just been watching some of the videos on You Tube and it looked Mental!!!!
  8. saw three today on my way home from work at about 2.30 this afternoon........ Highway, silver blobeye wagon. Pulled up alongside me in traffic but he didn't look over. Just after Lime House Link a blue bug eye, possibly wouldn't have seen me as I was turning off to go to the Blackwall tunnel. Blackwall Tunnel a black wagon with a foreign plate and blackedout windows pulled off at the first junction after the tunnel going southbound.

  10. Happy Birthday Pele, hope you've had a great day.
  11. Bexley Village last night about 9pm, a "stickered up" green classic wagon drove past the Kings Head where I was standing outside enjoying a quiet beer! Sounded mint.
  12. Cool, that's the first time I've actually spotted someone from KS. There are loads of scoobies in bromley but I don't think many are members.
  13. Spotted two this evening at about 6pm A green classic heading towards farnborough on the A21 and a red classic wagon heading towards bromley college on bromley common. Didn't manage to flash the green classic as didn't see you in time but got a quick flash at the red wagon.
  14. I totally agree! I love the way that they keep having a pop at 5th Gear as well. It's true though, everything that TopGear does is repeated about a year later on 5th Gear.
  15. Good for you mate, live the dream!
  16. Do we really believe that they made it all the way to france in that car?
  17. 1. Scoots - Large 2. Still Grinning - large please. 3.
  18. I agree with lots of the above. Members need to remember that the likes of Pele, Granby and others involved in organising events do it as volunteers and for the love of the club. There are enough stresses and strains in life without making our hobby one of them. One of the reasons I joined Kent Scoobies was becasue of the write up on the front page of the website (I've just looked and it's not there now) but it mentioned events, bbqs and family days which all sounded like a cool chilled out club that likes to get together and enjoy itself. Whilst I may not be one of the most committed members (due to a work/life balance!) I do enjoy the meets and the likes of Pele, Granby, Yogi, Trev and PD Tony (I don't wish to miss anyone out but I don't know everyones names) have always made me feel welcome. Others haven't been so friendly but it's a two way thing and I will put in the effort to speak to everyone in future. It's good to sound off constructively so lets learn from peoples opinions and move forward united as Kent Scoobies. Here endeth the sermon!
  19. Silver classic wagon tonight at 7.30pm Locksbottom to Bromley Common. I did flash you as you passed to say hello. Plate ended in "JEV"
  20. A white stickered up classic on Tuesday at 6.50pm Bromley Common. I think the index ended in BAK or RAK. I've not seen this one before in Bromley. I think it also had the number 57 on it.
  21. Good work, finally the wait may be over. (Can he swing from a web? No he can't cos he's a pig!) - that one's for you Big Jay
  22. By the time these t- shirts get made, i'll be stick thin, Markie will have a zimmer frame and the Kent coast will have worn away! which means that we'll have all moved to Essex and can wear pink t-shirts. See, good things come to those that wait. (About 400 million years).
  23. I don't want to get all critical and insulting I JUST WANT A T-SHIRT!!!
  24. Excellent work, judging by the weather outside my window now, waterproofs are going to be the order of the day! Do they have a website that we can look at?
  25. Friday, classic (silver I think) with STI fog light covers in Biggin Hill. Got a big wave.
