i have a afp 20g, with a few other tweeks incl; gruppe s headers and up pipe, standard top mount. made 405bhp on 10% meths and NF mix Now on straight V-power and running about 380bhp as far as spool, i make 1.5 bar of boost at 3400rpm I ran a 18g before the 20g, the 20g has much more mid range punch / pulls all the way to you need to change gear, always thought the 18g ran out of puff

I have got Ast's and they are very good, much smoother rebound than most coilovers, sure Jac described them as sitting in an Audi you are welcolme to a wee shot once i sort the settings as i need to get my alignment done again, so not driving too hard at the moment

I am the same m8, seemingly some cat free scoobs are still okay for emmissions, Andy F mapped cars usually fail. just stuff a cat up the tail pipe and that will sort your emmissions

Is your fan working? the fan should kick in at 95 - 96 degrees, if the fan can not get the temp back down then you may have a leak

forget the smaller detail, i gave up on worrying about small dinks and chips a long time ago, especially if your car is a daily driver. The black wheel arch rubber mouldings are crap too they always fall off, i noticed they have metal core inside the rubber and this seems to rust, i am gona get a a couple of new ones and see if that holds them on better. Chin up and foot down

TBO ? there is a M missing from the end Turbos Built Oota Mince Lots of bad news with turbos from unknown companies, JAW warehouse was a name kicking around ebay selling 20g's for 450 quid. You are better buying from a reputable company with a tried and tested turbo & guarentee

STI 6 speeder is very strong, take mucho power & torque, great time to buy too, secondhand your looking at £1200 - £1500 A bargin compared to the ppg option 3k -4k

AST's get sent direct to curtis at powerstation for refurbishing / re-sealing. £70ish per corner, extra for new springs. got my rears done 2 weeks ago and currently awaiting my fronts to be returned. stealth69, how do you find the ast springs for flaking off the paint?? I broke a spring 4k / just over ayear ago and when i sent them last week to powerstation for re-sealing i noticed that most of the paint had already flaked off
