  1. looking good jim at least someone else has taken the hit for all the mods the mods alone would cost more than the whole car
  2. DNA they would need to leave a post it note with there name and address for the cops to do anything "Theives should be shot"
  3. £120 - £130 to fill up
  4. scoobyparts.com have a good choice and reasonable prices too
  5. wonder if peter can remember this long ago, the good old days of a reliable car
  6. no worries graeme,my search has narrowed slightly as i've bought a 6 speed box and 06 jdm block for the next project so now on the lookout for something with a goosed engine
  7. Maybe we should put up a new section Fleebay Fleebags
  8. This car looks familiar
  9. I hate the old inns, every time you go in it is mobbed, 1no staff member serving and the other two stacking shelves, or most of the pumps are off!! i was about 20 - 25 minutes on Thursday morning
  10. If i was to guess i would guess you are fitting a 22b bodykit
  11. Does'nt know what make the suspension is, but knows how much it cost to buy and fit I can see someone parting with nearly 3k on a set of coilovers and not bothering what make they are "that will be 3 grand sir and i can assure you we have fitted the best suspension available"
  12. This will give you a laugh!! Currently posted on scoobynet, but could'nt resist http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/1998-SUBARU-TYPE-R-s...%3A1|240%3A1318
  13. seems like they are on a mission, my vectra got the front windscreen and rear drivers side window smashed last monday night at 3am woke me up too, not great fun being up from 3am and going to work at 7am!! they also set something on fire at the building site at broadwood stadium, big fire too as 3 fire engines hope their next ****e is a hedgehog
  14. been through the pictures 30 odd times now, still can't decide on the graphics
  15. methanol + Octane Booster + Andy F remap = FAST
  16. Flocking? Is that sheep related? best speak to some of the aberdeen peeps
  17. I know it's not just a chip, more like a bloody creater ! but thought it would be worth a laugh watching the windscreen guys face when you tell him to have a look at it, and see if he can sort it
  18. spoiler, wheels, exhaust, panel filter when you getting the go faster mods, Not be long until you are visiting Mr F at this rate
  19. feck thought you had struck oil in the hills there octane booster will be your best bet, not sure how much tho
  20. this car is well mint, you wont find a cleaner car in the uk, don't think colin has had the revs above 4k !! this is the one and only instance when the driver can truthfully advertise "never been thrashed" well worth that extra few quid
  21. going from Greame's car into a standard STI will be night & day, for 9 - 10k you would be best seeking out a modded car owned by a fellow enthusiast, if you buy standard you will soon be down the modding route which is costly. For my money i would definately stick with private / fellow enthusiast owned then at least they will know about warming up / cooling down / importance of oil level & regular oil changes. Remember scoobs are made to be driven hard, it is all about taking care of the car
  22. bad luck m8 phone auto windscreens, sure they advertise they will fix a chip on your winscreen for free if they catch it early enough
  23. welcolme m8
  24. bloody shocking, theving scumbags!! should not be difficult for someone to recognise the green punto with purple bonnet, will keep my eyes peeled wonder when they will relise that KYB's wont fit the punto
  25. your car should get decent money, you will not get a cleaner / more looked after car! This car is seriously mint with low miles
