Got my good lady's saxo done at Advanced Auto Tint in glasgow, excellent job and did not remove any windows. They said the new law is that you can go as dark as you like on rear passenger windows and rear screen, but NO tint at all is allowed on the front driver & passenger windows. However they put a very light tint in the front for me and said at worst the cops would tell me to remove it, but any darker on the front and it is 3 points and 60 quid!!! All i can say is there is a lot of cars out there breaking the law.

Looks like a great site, does it cost to subscribe? If only it could tell you what garages have optimax!! I had to drive very carefully again today on way to work via a few shell garages and had to settle for BP super unleaded in Milingavie and was over a quid a litre!

LPG!! Surely that is the wrong type of gas for a scooby. Would be better with NOS as that would be worth loosing some boot space.[Y]

Yes that was me, hopefully the start of many more outings. Got to see and hear both ninja and afterburner exhausts and was dissapointed with the sound of the ninja as not really any louder than my prodrive one. So think i will be giving the awd boys a call soon to fit an afterburner back box. what car were you in?

think i will join you for some of that 94.9p stuff! My local garage in kilsyth has had no optimax for a week now, went to old inns, none there too, so headed to camelon and guess what none there too! Phoned stirling shell garage and they also have none so had to settle for esso super unleaded at £1.09 litre.

Booked car in for 20k service for next sat at Ian Grieve Camelon, hope i made good choice on dealership. Any you guys had dealings here? Should be a straight forward service, tho a bit of a knocking noise has recently developed from the rear end! Only really happens at slow speeds, mainly when picking away or driving slowly to park.
