It was on that very same road, going in the opposite direction though heading towards Lennoxtown, when I realised I needed new brakes. Sh8t myself at the bend at the car-park, had nothing under the middle pedal. [] There's one or two cars lying down in the valley, wasn't wanting to make mine the third.

There's a nice example of one of these in Falkirk down by the old Fire station. Is the owner on here??

It's a good wee run on one tank of Optimax. Into Fintry, turn right out to Kippen, turn left onto the Gargunnock road, turn right at Arnprior and down past Lake of Menteith, at Port of Menteith turn left and into Aberfoyle. Straight through and up and over the Dukes pass toward Loch Katrine, right at the junction, along the road towards Callander. From Callander on towards Stirling and let the car cool down from Prudential until McDonalds where breakfast awaits. Then back home to wash all the dead bugs off the front of the car.

It's not the widest of roads I must admit. Better at night when you can see headlights of on-coming cars.

One of my favorite roads, especially @ 6.00am. [] Enjoy.

I would be keen to here any feedback to this to as I have a wee bubble coming through on my roof too. I did get the front of my car re-sprayed last month at Ian Grieve's in Stirling. I was happy with the work done after the second attemp but it was quite costly. Bonnet, bumper, splitter and blend into wings was £810 and that was without taking the bumper off which they done the second time after a bit of complaining. Was F.O.C. though, so the bumpers got a nice think layer of paint on it just now.

I was overtaken by a ned on a 30cc[] Quad this morning. It was in a 30mph zone and I was still gently warming the car up. I just laughed.

I think the hardest part is getting into the footwell to fit them. Unless you athletic and bendy.

Be sensible, you lick the backs of them and stick them on, just like the old postage stamps.[]

The RB5 and P1 do not have fold down rear seats purely to increase the rigidity of the shell.[]

I got my flaps from Scoobyworld. They are 3mm thick, come will all the fixings and really well priced and good quality. Here's pic of my car with them fitted.
