Japshow Finale 2009

Hi all

In order for us to stand a chance of getting a stand at Japshow I need to ask you to book your tickets in advance, we need a minimum of ten confirmed bookings to get a stand but also we need to know how many are going asap to get the stand, stand passes and camping plot sorted.

Once you have ordered your ticket/s you will need to send me a PM stating the full name , 1st line of your address and order number for all of your ticket/s even passengers, can you please state if you are bringing a car and how many are in the car too so that I have an idea of overall figures for car and people attending, please state which day you are aiming to attend the show and if you intend to camp over too.

Please let me know when your tickets have arrived via PM too

If your tickets are not booked and I dont have all the info I have asked for by Fri 18th September, we will not be having a stand and will have to make do with the plans we had in the firstplace. We have very little time to get this sorted so please if you want a stand get the order numbers and all the other info to me asap.

Just because I have said the 18th as a cut off date that does not mean leave it until the 18th, obviously the sooner you get the info to me the sooner we can get this sorted.

Very poor feedback here guys, considering there was a huge interest in having a stand in the first place prior to us being given the green light to have, one there is very little motivation to making it happen, I am very dissapointed

Oh come on guys, whats the point in saying you want to do something then cant be bothered to make it happen, you have until this Friday to get me the info I require to sort the club camping/stand or I am pulling the plug and you can sort yourselves out.

To say that I am dissapointed is now an understatement, where has the club spirit gone?

Hey guys, sorry I haven't been on for a while, have been ill with flu after an eventful Reading Festival, just booked mine!

Just 3 more confirmed bookings before we can make a club booking, I feel at this late stage that it would be worth just making a campsite booking so that we are all together and leave the stand but we will se how it goes, we have 3 more days to get the numbers up or I am pulling the plug on the club booking and we will just have to try our best to get in together so we can setup camp together in the public campsite.

Come on guys we are so bloody close now I will be very dissapointed if we fall short by one booking.

Totally agree feel that we have done nothing but waste our time, we were doing this so that we could have a better experience at the show but obviously not everyone wanted that, what a bloody joke, I am not impressed in the slightest.

Next time you want something doing guys dont ask me to sort it for you unless you are going to be 100% behind me this it a complete joke.

Very, very, very angry now, it could have been so much better

I think if there is any danger that you may not be able to attend a meet or whatever, it is just courteous to whoever is arranging it not to say you are up for it. It would save Iain/Stu wasted time and effort in the long run. Just my two penneth.

That said, considering the enthusiasm for this event only a matter of weeks ago, I am SERIOUSLY disappointed with the lack of effort to get something as simple as a ticket booked in order to make this event happen.

Do want to say thanks to Iain for all his efforts - if only everyone was so enthusiastic eh!

Yeah big thanks to you both! It really is a massive shame that we can't get more people to come! :-(

That said, I'm very much looking forward to it! I'll be bringing my little 2 man tent with a comfy air bed and plenty of cider! ;-)
