STI, don't think so

spotted "sti" for sale on Arnold Clarks web site, glasgow nissan, royston road, 38, 000 miles £11,988.

Don't think it is a sti but a wrx with some mods.

Hope someone disnay get shafted.

Fairly sure that is a standard WRX with a few mods, the interior gives it away really.

I Think your right, wrong rear spoiler looks like a UK300 spoiler, wrong seats, gear surround, gear stick, front scoop, front grill. but I could be wrong.. but hey it's arnold so it could be anything.

Hmmm,

Somebody tried to trade in a wrx a couple of months ago into my dealership.The sales manager offered the guy sti money for it then came in to me and said "what do you think of this sti then?".I fell about laughing and pointed out all the bits that weren't there,you know spoilers,big scoop,no badges,plain grey interior,no red manifold,no brembo four pots etc.The guy trading it was adament it was an sti jus cause it had a ppp on it.And you know it was silver too but didnt have a 300 spoiler on it.I smell doggy doo here.

CO2 also reads 290 but an STI is 265 and WRX is less. Never trusted AC and never will.

Ah the thing is tho,when it was checked on hpi or whatever it came up as an sti for some reason.It looks like the same car to me with a different spoiler,cause i recognise those orrible wheels.

Yep that's the leccy mirror switch..

 

For those that havent spotted it, looks like STi console dash with rev counter in the middle?  Not sure if that was on My03 WRX's or not.. Think they still left the rev counter at the RHS at that point. 

Would still say WRX as I fancy making that change myself if I find a doner STI dash... []

ITS A WRX........................coz a sold it about 8 months ago to its last owner.................and it hpi's as a wrx 2.
