Now who knows how to download the flash from that link and convert it to .avi or .wmv or better still .mp3 cause i need to use some of the audio

I've got a DivX .avi of it that I recorded off VHS (My digital TV recorder was screwed at the time).. But good video all the same.. Downside is that it's 114MB.  I can make it available to you if you like?

 

Ahh just re-read your post I can easy strip out the MP3 audio if that's all you want?

hey grant, there is a plugin for firefox called videodownloaded which lets you download the java embedded video files to your computer from many websites.
