scooby princess Posted December 14, 2006 Posted December 14, 2006 Husbands pet name for me was Princess and i bought a scooby for us to enjoy to Scooby Princess came about. Most people now call me S.P now but there has always been a debate behind what those initials truely stand for and is it something different to Scooby Princess.
dave_thorbinson Posted December 14, 2006 Posted December 14, 2006 As well as scoobs, I'm really into motorbikes.... and when I was young and foolish (rather than the older and more foolish that I am now []) I bought a Triumph Speed Triple (very quick and pretty light) and spent a lot of time learning how to do stunts - wheelies, stoppies, burnouts etc (all on private land, of course []). I got called a 'stuntmonkey' by a fellow biker, and it kind of stuck. I ride a big, heavy trail bike at the moment (BMW R1200GS) which isn't so good for that kind of shenannigans, so I'm pretty well behaved now.
Bluebotle Posted December 15, 2006 Posted December 15, 2006 Mine derived from a George Formby film. I love flying and aim to obtain my people (Private Pilot Licence). Many years ago I watched a George Formby film where he was a pilot and his call sign was Bluebottle. Ever since then I have used Bluebottle as my internet name, however due to security restrictions on the net I found many web sites didn't allow Bluebottle (why I don't know!) so I always use Bluebotle which they accept. So it's not because I can't spell lol
J0nah Posted December 15, 2006 Posted December 15, 2006 got called Jonah in school, the pub and work so it stuck.
simon_jeffrey Posted December 15, 2006 Posted December 15, 2006 A bit short of imagination here too[:$] (although I was surprised that no-one had already taken it[])

scoobyslammed Posted December 15, 2006 Posted December 15, 2006 []When I started driving I was into my Ford Orions... I used to go mad on lowering them...lol[] One of them was my MK3...:- my user name on the orion-register and passionford was Slammedorion... When I reached 21-22... I moved on to my 1st Scooby... hence Scoobyslammed... You get the idea here... nearly every car I own I lower/ slam...[] Last year while my type R was off the road for the engine rebuild... I even lowered a couple of my runarounds I brought... Had a Corsa sport, lowered that 60mm all round... and then my MK1 Golf 1300 driver... just put it on its arse...:-
philrsi Posted December 15, 2006 Posted December 15, 2006 Well I prefer Phil to Philip (please note the proper spelling of Philip! []) and the first forum I signed up to was the Renault Sports Club as I drove a Clio RSi at the time.
