kloon Posted June 25, 2006 Posted June 25, 2006 Don't forget "the grass was too long", "the ball was too hard/soft", "the ref was crap" etc etc As for them Engurland fans, maybe it's time the authorities put a banning order on white plastic furniture instead . . . . . .
Gumball Posted June 25, 2006 Posted June 25, 2006 Scenario- Having lived in England as a youth for a long time, spent years at english schools and growing up with them. Having joined the army at 17 and the Guards which itself is particularly English. Having been brainwashed into RED, WHITE and BLUE and the Rule Britannia thing Having been nurtured into the Queen and Country ethos Attends Chelsea games on a regular basis throughout the season Cheers on Lampard, Cole and Terry. Having said that.......................................................................... I CANNOT TAKE ANYMORE OF THE CONSTANT TRIPE THATS BEING TALKED ABOUT 24/7 BY THE MEDIA I HOPE THEY GET THEIR BAWS FELT AND PUT OUT THEN WE CAN ALL HAVE PEACE I DONT WANT TO WATCH AN ARGENTINA, GERMANY, PORTUGAL, FRANCE GAME AND HEAR ABOUT ENGLAND FFS.................DO ONE
the squiggle Posted June 25, 2006 Posted June 25, 2006 Shock-er-rooney Even Gumball is sick of the English hype from thier media. Looking forward to the riot that is bound to occur when they do go out of the tournament Come on Engerland, dont let us down now
RA Dunk Posted June 25, 2006 Posted June 25, 2006 its actually got to the point ive stopped watching it or watch it with the volume turned down low so i dont need to listen the constant P*I*S*H from the commentators every match thats played even the ones without england even playing we get the same crap for the commentators , and there wondering why most of us aint supporting them as well i couldent live if they won this tournament imagine all the shit that would happen for the forseable future every channel on TV every paper you bought every radio station etc would be full of it
kloon Posted June 25, 2006 Posted June 25, 2006 I was watching the Brazil v Japan game (yip still at the group stages) and they were discussing how they were going to line up against PORTUGAL in the quarter finals !! FFS neither of them are even at that stage yet. Utter w***ers.
Gumball Posted June 25, 2006 Posted June 25, 2006 I was going to a meeting in the scoob on Friday and as i got near Helen Street in Govan, a guy didnt bother looking to his right and just breezed out the roundabout in front of me. I cleverly reduced the gap between us to point out to him he had made an error and should take that as a lesson. The silver FMIC stamped STI was nearly on top of him. I shouted as we stopped side by side at the traffic lights "Have you ever heard of give way to the right?" "yeah mate yeah mate, oi didnt think it was that toight, chief" "perhaps you should spend less time watching england play shat football and more time thinking about driving you cnut" HERE ENDED THE CONVERSATION As a great scottish icon once said "he could have the fat end in his puss anytime he wanted"
