Guest CRAIG D Posted January 25, 2006 Posted January 25, 2006 thats a very nice motor uv got there squirrel
the squiggle Posted January 25, 2006 Posted January 25, 2006 You may be getting the wrong impression of me. I do like the pukka JDM stuff but i only look and advise but do not touch. Fit a Knocklink and AFR meter, VERY important engine monitoring devices before fitting a Blow Off Valve, also make sure you change your oil often. Grant
Guest CRAIG D Posted January 25, 2006 Posted January 25, 2006 so i really shouldnt get it fitted just now then. as am fairly new to the scooby seen explain what it is i need
IanJ Posted January 25, 2006 Posted January 25, 2006 << I do like the pukka JDM stuff but i only look and advise but do not touch. >> He does like to caress them sometimes There are some good guys on here who will steer you through the modding mine field (Grant being one of them) Switch your PM on in your profile then folks can drop you messages.
col666 Posted January 25, 2006 Posted January 25, 2006 are volks wheels that good?! I might make you lot very jealous at the weekend...watch this space!
the squiggle Posted January 25, 2006 Posted January 25, 2006 Knocklink will give a visual indication of Detonation, a very swift and efficient killer of engines AFR meter will give visual indication that the Air to Fuel Ratio is at a sufficient level. Turbocharged engines need to run slightly rich to cool the pistons down and stop them melting Turn on your PM function, click on profile and activate PM function
