Car Mats - Potential GB on Custom Scottish Scoobies ones

RHASHASRKHASLKRHLKH! The Subaru ones aren't worth the paper they're clearly made of! Well the 2 rear ones and the passenger one are fine because they're rarely used but my drivers one hasn't lasted a year without developing a whopping great big hole in it.

Anyone know if I can buy just the drivers one from this set, or failing that where I can get an individual one from a quality set that will actually last?

Stevie, are you dancing on them with your stilettos again?

Mine are the same and are 1 year 2 months old, and are as fresh as the Sultan of Brunei's lunch mat!

my drivers-side fornt mat is showing quite a lot of wear too - and i've only had the car since March.

Be interested to know if you can just buy one.

Stilletos! Ya fannies. I am quite a high mileage driver cos of commuting to work, so that is 20K miles they've seen near enough.

For your future reference though, I'm a size 13. And you know what they say about men with big feet -

1) They have trouble finding shoes that fit

2) Stilletos are even more difficult

3) It hurts more when they shove their foot up your jacksie

I tell you what. I don't really need 4 mats but I don't think anyone will sell me one, so what if I could get a deal on some specially stitched Scottish Scoobies ones, would anyone be interested?

Stephen, I'll have a set.

Can I have the stitching in silver, to match my car and sticker lol

A spare set is always handy

I've emailed Scoobyworld as they can do some nice custom mats, including ones with heel plates etc. I've asked if they can do custom logos.

I got mine free after a bit of pushing and prodding, but I would not pay £60 for them. For those who know, they are the same quality, just about, as the ones you get from Arnold Clark with their name on them, or out of the More store for £4.99 a set.

However, I have managed to keep mine going 28,000 miles so far. Drivers mat is helped because a while ago I lifted i and I keep placing relatively recent underfelt underneath to help the car carpets...

What Dougster said basically. I'll see what Scoobyworld say regarding a custom logo and a wee discount if a few of us were to be wanting them. If the existing SS logo is do-able for their stitch-o-matic 5000 machine, or whatever they're using, then I'll make sure the powers that be are ok with the plan. If they can do a custom logo, but ours doesn't fit then I can see if we can use the term "Scottish Scoobies" in some way in a logo of a more appropriate size etc.

If not then I'll just design something else entirely myself!

Im interested as well. I just need the drivers side mat it has 2 holes in it where the heels go.

The other 3 mats are near new condition. I have the wrx mats from Subaru.

Does anyone have mats with the metal plates on them ?

Are they a good idea or can they get slippy when your feet are wet ?

Right. Scoobyworld have said they can do custom logos. I'll drop Phil an email or a PM this evening when I've got a spare 5 minutes and I've got my best typing voice on, and if he okays it then I'll get back to Scoobyworld.

Would anyone be interested in having their usernames stitched on too? I can maybe ask about this.
