sharon_mccall Posted September 25, 2005 Posted September 25, 2005 Hiya. Am a single lass who LOVES subarus and I own a '98 sport. I would really like to join the club, however, i think my Ruby might look and sound (etc.etc.) a bit pathetic compared to all your fab, stunning scoobies. Would i be making a nuisance of myself by joining????? Regards, RubyTheScooby (Alias Sharon)

Theres all sorts of people in the club.......some people keep their cars standard, some mod, everyone does their thing and its really good. see what happens on the forum and go to some of the meets, events and decide what you want to do. YOUR SINGLE??

st3ph3n Posted September 25, 2005 Posted September 25, 2005 Andy, you know women. They need to look in the mirror then work out what years they can take away using some crazy concoction of creams, drugs, poisons, fruits and vegetables. Hence the term "year view mirror".
Gumball Posted September 26, 2005 Posted September 26, 2005 watch out for these guys. ever see the film "PREDATOR"?
ANDYJDMSTI Posted September 26, 2005 Posted September 26, 2005 << Andy, you know women. micra_wrc Posted September 26, 2005 Posted September 26, 2005 << Will look forward to meeting up with you and all the other girls. >> likewise, i met you briefly today I was in Jacqui's car, still buzzing from her driving lol have to say out of all the times i've been out, no other driver would be able to keep up a conversation about their recent holiday while screaming round the track imy
gus the bus Posted September 26, 2005 Posted September 26, 2005 Welcome Sharon! We have all had our "non-turbo" Soobs (well I have anyway!!!) 1 Impreza Sport, 2 Foresters and 1 Legacy. As Jamie says once the bug bites!!!! Anyway, enjoy! Gus
sharon_mccall Posted September 26, 2005 Author Posted September 26, 2005 likewise, i met you briefly today I was in Jacqui's car, still buzzing from her driving lol Hello again, it was nice talking to you. Jacqui's driving was really impressive. If, or WHEN i get a turbo, i will def. be out on the track. Cannot go out in Ruby cos she's too slow. I have no cash to buy a turbo, so will just need to try and modify Ruby with the help and advice from SIDC members. (Am open to cheap offers on how to make Ruby go that wee bit faster!!!) Regards Sharon
fai17 Posted September 26, 2005 Posted September 26, 2005 Hi & welcome sorry I never spoke to you today at KH.I was too busy buzzing about but will chat to you next time.
