andrew_forrest Posted September 5, 2005 Posted September 5, 2005 This was a run without the nos, first warm up run of the day to put some heat in the transmission before 'going for it' Lots of wheelspin off the line on the cold tyres. Unfortunately I fried the clutch on the next "full bore" launch after I let the tyres down a bit to try and stop the wheelspin off the line. A 12 hr roundtrip for one competitive run ! Still, at 9.82 @ 144mph it's a new UK record for no Nitrous, beating the previous totb with-Nitrous record cheers Andy
