weeb Posted September 3, 2005 Posted September 3, 2005 pure mageeeeeeeeek by the way!!! ha ha!! excellent figures, bet you are well happy!!! car looks as good as it goes!!! enjoy life in the 400bhp+ lane!!!
WUZ Posted September 3, 2005 Posted September 3, 2005 Good result M8! Much better figures than some expected, I wonder if the person who mapped Marc's car would offer a reason why he couldn't get those figures?..............................................Nope, didn't think so! Good job Andy! We can always rely on you. Russell
AlanG Posted September 3, 2005 Posted September 3, 2005 << i fell asleep thinking about my car and woke up thinking about it. >> There's something wrong there!! Well done G'ball. It's great when a plan comes together isn't it!
Gumball Posted September 3, 2005 Author Posted September 3, 2005 there is mate !! im away out in it now. wash, slow journey to see the squirrel. i need to scooby de-tox after this weekend. if i can. Russel.....your class
Iaing Posted September 3, 2005 Posted September 3, 2005 Good result gumball! She must shift now! Iain
wilky Posted September 4, 2005 Posted September 4, 2005 Well done the man with the ginger hair! Bring him here! Nice power, and I imagine you want to keep your internals in one piece hence the sane boost level, and as a wise man once said, boost = torque. Thats bloody good torque no matter which way you look at it and the bhp is as expected, outstanding. When I said Well done the man with the ginger hair I was of course refering to the Gumball and not the Jedi master from Port Seaton, however, I hope you did well today Andy. Callum
paddy247 Posted September 4, 2005 Posted September 4, 2005 Good result chris "like them apples" have you been playing that lord of the rings game? lol
Gumball Posted September 4, 2005 Author Posted September 4, 2005 you the man with the ginger hair LOL Thanks for your comments guys, i posted out of excitement! im just very happy with the way its worked out as you can tell. Used it in anger against the squirrels rocket tonight and his car is quick!!! fright night. i have also changed the "apples" thing cos it was a bit gay and may have been seen as antagonistic. for this i apologise.
Neofox Posted September 4, 2005 Posted September 4, 2005 Nice one gumball, been reading your post leading upto this and was sitting waiting to see what the final outcome was gonna be. One word "Tasty" Just keep it on the black stuff Ian
Gumball Posted September 4, 2005 Author Posted September 4, 2005 the black stuff is where it stays now mate (touch wood) ground can be made up on the straight bits if blac rather than the curvy. ill do well to remember my own advice.
frank c Posted September 4, 2005 Posted September 4, 2005 Stunning figures Gumball , must be well pleased. Getting my car mapped by Andy F in four weeks time... Canny wait!!!!!!!!!
Johnny50 Posted September 4, 2005 Posted September 4, 2005 Chris.. Great results buddy. You must be well chuffed.
Grovit Posted September 4, 2005 Posted September 4, 2005 Nice one Gumball - pretty impressive figures - would imagine that it goes like stink - yeeee haaa!!!!
steven_young Posted September 4, 2005 Posted September 4, 2005 403BHP and a peugeot 205gti made you look like a moped
oobster Posted September 4, 2005 Posted September 4, 2005 Impressive Chris, i would start ignorning the calls from your bank manager though!! That lot of work must have cost you a small fortune. Still, can't take it with you. The queue for a drive it in must be round the block is it not?
Gumball Posted September 4, 2005 Author Posted September 4, 2005 << 403BHP and a peugeot 205gti made you look like a moped >> the 300bhp 205 gti in question turned you inside out and all.LOL yes, it was unexpected. If you see a red standard looking 205gti anywhere between cumbernauld and kincardine. dont do it.
imprezapete Posted September 4, 2005 Posted September 4, 2005 its still a 205 chris, I know what I would want bud
Gumball Posted September 4, 2005 Author Posted September 4, 2005 when i said "dont do it" i meant, dont try and be wide and shake him off. It doesnt work. The guy had just finished burning a Supra (bigtime) as he got radar lock on the P1, 300R and my STI8. I didnt mean dont buy it LOL
dougie549 Posted September 5, 2005 Posted September 5, 2005 Hi Gumball Just wondering were your figure at the wheels or the flywheel? What's your graph like? What boost you running What about Torque? Cheers Dougie
