if all things go according to plan on Saturday - I will be the proud new owner of an 03 STI Type UK, and be able to consign my old (but faithful) Audi to a friend for buttons (the cost of the Audi doesn't even cover my Subaru insurance!)

As a newbie, I've not been to one of the meets - just turn up and say hello? dinner? -

fingers crossed for the good weather, cause we're having to meet in Inverness to do the deal.

just turn up and say Hi. We don't have dinner or anything, just a few (soft) drinks and occasionally share a basket or two of chips that the landlord kindly supplies free of charge
