Other stuff coming off the car..

Interior..ie seats , carpets, roof lining , seat belts and steering wheel.

Exterior.. Wheels (poss for sale) , and wind deflectors.

Parts required..

4 pots and discs, Mid level rear spoiler(preferably red), quick shift.

We will obviously have to purchase a Roll Cage, competition seats and harnesses unless we can get a sponsor to help us out in some way..

Any help gratefully received..

did i see that car in the scooby net for sale section a little while back?

Good luck j-k and arron and welcome j-k and welcome back arron to the bottomless money pit of motorsport! (Make an accurate budget then double it!). Seriously i hope it all goes well for you.

I know the cars are very different and Arron knows his stuff but if you need another car to look at for an example of installation of cage, cut-out, fx etc let me know and i can bring the beemer along if it's useful.

Also Eta Motorsport that put the cage in for my bm only charged £150 for fitting the cage (WRX could well be more) and is in Gravesend - can give you details if you're not doing this yourselves? They're BMW race specialists, not Impreza rally but could be useful to you?

cheers,

Richard

PS would you be interested in talking about tow cars and trailers?

G'day M8,

Please let me know what you want for the wind deflecters. They may fit Rocket (white STI Wagon)b.t.w. he's feeling a lot better now seems to have shaken off his cold and is breathing a lot better now, amazing what a spray of carb cleaner in the air mass meter can do.

Cheers,

Pete & Rocket.

SOME DAYS ITS JUST NOT WORTH CHEWING THROUGH THE RESTRAINTS!!!!!!!

Richard...hi mate,

No the car wasnt for sale on scoobynet as far as i know...

Thanks for the info on the cage...might be of some use as we have just ordered it..

As far as tow cars etc go, my van is well equiped to tow a trailer, but we will probably only be hiring one to begin with(about £45 for the weekend??)

Probably see you at the RR day at PE???
