OK gents I have spoken to Gavin and confirm that the max number of cars will be 25, Gavin has said that if there are more than 25 cars they can come down on the day and hopefully he will be able to fit them in. I guess a reserve list could be made up in case anyone can't make it on the day.

if theres any chance at all of doing rwd 1st that would be great - got such a busy day that day with just getting back from cadwell park late on the friday (i.e. its holiday monday the next day and I have been invited oot on the proverbial!!)

Saw Gavin yesterday and we are in good shape for next weekend. Have not done too much concerning running order, but will work on that this week and do our best to make it work for everyone. The RR can be adjusted quicker than most I have seen, so no hassle there.

Couple of things to note; those with mud flaps best take some tape along to have them taped up so that they don?t foul on the RR as we take the car off after the runs and also anyone with deep front splitters might have a problem. All cars that are standard, so to speak, will be fine; it?s one that have the aftermarket body kits that might have a problem.

Ok, just to bring you up to speed with events my end...

Myself and Emma are attending her graduation ball the Saturday night before the RR day. Naturally i perhaps won't be in the best shape come Sunday and because of this i would prefer to run lunchtime or afternoon but if it's unavoidable i'll do an early start.

Second point is my car is reasonably low and has one of those daft P1 splitters on it. Jools/Marc, Gavin has seen my car before although he may not remember it straight away. Would it be possible to pick his brain to see if there's going to be a clearance issue or get him to divulge exactly how much clearance is required?

I wouldn't imagine it'd be much lower than a standard P1 tbh.

Thirdly, i was going to knock up a spreadsheet on my laptop for all the runners/results etc. If kick off is going to be pre-10am could i leave my laptop with someone to log the first few results?

i've had my P1 on and the clearance was fine, those with big mudflaps may have a problem as previously mentioned.

OK folks some news regarding group orders for the day. Please note that this event will be a first for Wallace Performance and myself (as having organised it) so be gentle with us. Looked at the requests I have had and tried to accommodate people best I can. We hope to manage 4 cars per hr and Gavin Wallace does want to spent time with the drivers explaining the RR system to them in detail, so I have gone for groups so that several drivers can attend at once, rather than as individuals. The order in the groups listed below in not necessarily the running order, but please show up in good time for your group start time.
