Freedco
Hi all :) I'm new here... Thinking of taking this STi in part exchange. Seems to be a great example with pretty much all optional extras fitted from factory. Here is the spec; 2011 WRX STI Saloon / 36K On The Clock (one of only 400 in the UK) Engine & Engine Bay Engine Rebuilt / Forged @ 21,000 New 2.5 STI Block Pair EJ25 Light weight Omega Forged Pistons + Rings 14 mm crankcase bolt Modification Matched Arrow Conrods Cosworth Head gaskets & bolts Cosworth Baffled Sump High flow oil pump & gallery mods Chevron Motorsport aluminium Radiator & Oil Cooler ECU Re-Mapped to 360 Bhp / 380flb (Scooby Clinic) Forged Motorsport Coolant Hose Kit PERRIN Performance Radiator Shroud PERRIN Performance Radiator Tay Kit PERRIN Performance Boost Solenoid Cover PERRIN Performance Pully Cover PERRIN Cold Intake System STI Strut Brace STI Strut Top Covers STI Strut Brace Battery Clap Wheels & Tyres 19 inch Prodrive GT2 Forged alloys Yokohama Advan Neova AD08R 245/35/19 BRAKES Front Alcon pro r 365mm front discs with 6 pot calliper's Rear Alcon pro r 330mm rear discs with 4 pot calliper's SUSPENSION Spec C Suspension / Pro-R Blue Performance Handling - Lowering Springs / White Line Camber Bolts / White Line BumpSteer & Roll Centre Kit / White Line Front Brace Clamps / White Line Rear Arms / White line Rear Steering Arms & fast road geometry set up (Chevron Motorsport) Exhaust Hayward & Scott 3'' Turbo Back System ICE Pioneer Sat nav upgrade Interior A one off Custom Leather Interior DAMD Flat Bottom Steering Wheel Gauges 52mm Smoked Stepper Motor (Warning) Turbo Boost 52mm Smoked Stepper Motor (Warning) Oil Pressure 52mm Smoked Stepper Motor (Warning) Oil Temp Other Full bottom line kit, (front splitter, side and rear extensions and rear diffuser) Performance Creations Mud flaps Full Pro R Grill Kit Windows De-Chromed STI Fog Light Covers Black STI Fender Badges LED Rear Lights What are your thoughts on the value of it? Seems pretty hard to value given so few examples are for sale. I see you can buy new 2019 models for £20k? Would the value of this one be around that figure due to the spec / rarity? t5nyw
welcome and a very nice example, should be worth £22+k but it isnt. New £35k and they are now £12k ish. it best guess as £50k with all bits new so£16k - £18.5k if he took to dealer i guess £10 -12k cash £11 - 13 px and £19.5K on forcourt (the owner has now hung himself) this will sound very corny but its really only worth the most you,d pay and the least he would let it go for. IMHO your better to get guide value from a dealer as forums can be wildly wrong. Tony Edited February 1, 2020 by t5nyw 1 Link to comment
salsa-king
that's Hughy's car. as said, it's what someone will pay for it But Hughy looks after all his cars and it's a good buy for someone no matter what you pay for it..... loads of cool stuff on it.... the seat re trim costs him about £2k Link to comment

Was this his first or second incarnation of the WRXSTI ? He's currently reverting the engine bay plumbing back to standard on his current car, as he's keeping it (as of yesterday) Link to comment
Freedco
Appreciate all the messages. Hard to value I guess. Would need £22/21k to make work Link to comment

Would need £22/21k to make work the car would appeal to the thousands but at that price limits it to a handfull. have you tried TBOTB or cargiveaways type raffle/lottery??? Tony Link to comment
