Had a great day nice to catch up with the usual suspects banter was top notch as usual, thanx for letting me sneak in & park on the end of your stand.

Got a mercy call from Gus on the way home his bottom radiator hose gave up the ghost, managed to help him out with a wee running repair & topped back up with 8 litres of Bonnybridges finest Aqua lol

Hi guys lol yes was good to catch up with some of you blouses lol the stand was looking good and deserved to win best stand by far well done. The weather was fantastic and had a great drive back was even better when I spanked the 2 evos on the way back from knock hill ha ha ... untill the next time

Aye, spoke too bloody soon Billy never mind,nothing more serious than a slight nick in the bottom hose but by feck coolant gets everywhere

Thankfully Bobby C Breakdown Services came to the rescue and we managed to move the hose slightly further along the bottom pipe and tighten over the nick with the jubilee clip which stopped the leak completely. Hopefully get a new hose by the weekend so that I can still go on next Saturdays Borders

Anyway B.O.T, a great event, with great weather and thoroughly decent company..............and well done haud it n daud it . Roll on the next one!

Oh aye the best story of the day:

As you all know there was a Central Scotland traffic car there.Well a lot of people went in and out of the beemer all day looking at all the equipment etc in it.

A chap came up to the cop and said "Officer can you tell me why your car isnt taxed""yes it is" the cop answered.

So the guy led the copper round to the front of the beemer and pointed at the tax disc holder,no disc.Somebody had hoovered the tax disc off the cop car as a wee momento of their day at the classic car show.

And in case you think this is a joke it was the copper himself who told me and my missus the story.

Thanks to all who turned up to make it a great day out,and as bobby c said there was plenty of banter, usually aimed at bobby but he is big enought to take it!!!. Also the stand looked well presented as usual. And Kenny my new name has got to be tommytomato as my heid was fried.Glad everyone had a good day out look forward to the next one.
