wagonwheels
After a long journey with my bugeye it was time to say goodbye as i now have a newborn to deal with and i didnt think it was the best car for that with stiff suspension and a load exhaust. I resigned myself to the fact that i was going to have to keep the Mrs happy aswell if i was to get another scoob so it had to be a wagon. After a long time looking i found a well kept example with alot of toys included without being too boy racer Its a 2.5 wrx looked after by a main dealer and Powerstation.Currently at 323bhp and had the full whiteline set up inc anti-dive,anti-lift,front and rear roll bars, links, bushes etc.It also has the Powerstation Porsche 360mm brake upgrade which ive never seen before.Anyway i like it although it does seem very tame and civilised at the moment. And a few of the old girl Link to comment

beefoss
With 323bhp you'll definitely have fun. Loads of torque with that too on these 2.5's. Link to comment
wagonwheels
Its not quick to be honest.I thought with alot more torque it would have blown my bug away but definately not.Iknow my bug had about 350bhp but given that this one is rolling roaded at 323bhp i wonder if my bug was more powerful than i thought.Enough to blow my gearbox to pieces Ive just put a set of toyo proxes on today and some roger clark carbon mirrors to start off with.Next a harder map with racerom and a louder exhaust for the ned in me Link to comment
marko72
Nice Hawk Stewart, nice bug too though. Your loud exhaust, wonder where that is? Link to comment
ciaranrb5
Loving the wagon it's such ashame they never made an sti though. Should go and stop brilliantly Link to comment
wagonwheels
Nice Hawk Stewart, nice bug too though. Your loud exhaust, wonder where that is? The exhaust in question was stupidly loud but not in a bad way lol,It sadly rotted at the rear of the box and started to bend through lack of strength at the hanger so a full prodrive system replaced it I hope to find a good welder to let me refit the box to my hawkeye one day Link to comment
wagonwheels
Forgot to say ,the wife also has a scoob albeit not as fancy as some. Its the work family work horse and tow car Currently running td04,440cc injectors, walbro 255,full decat inc up pipe and custom stainless system, whiteline rollbars and links, padgid fast road discs and pads and wrx wheels.Currently running 211@wheels last time out, so about 270ish bhp @flywheel? I know its a bogging colour but it was well looked after and i knew the previous owner. My apologies for showing the caravan Link to comment
