well the misses needed my work car today so what a shame i had to get the scooby out(shear bliss)

what a pleasant suprise to have no formula 1 transit drivers trying to overtake you at death defying speed for a van or some young boy in a corsa thinking he's at santa pod at the traffic lights!

its amazing how a look of a car and a nice burble stops people from being total ********* on the road!

oh well tomorrow back to driving the shed

I took mine to work today and had a crowd of blokes at the end of the day saying rev it up , do a wheelspin .

Tried to oblige the best I could by launching myself out of the site full bore .

Should of seen their faces , It's moments like that that make it all worthwhile....

Maybe you need a couple more of us turn up for the next one eh? Make a mighty burble exit. I have launch control on mine and that sounds quite impressive :)

Well, I put it in first gear, put my foot flat on the floor and then just take my foot off the clutch. Whilst clutch is depressed the ecu holds the revs at 4700 and it pops, bangs, snorts and roars. I take my foot off the clutch - instantly- and off she goes. Smells of petrol, rubber and clutch. About 4 launches per clutch I believe and also only a few launches per set of engine mounts. Scared myself sh*tless the only time I did it, but wow what a launch :)

No worries, It's all been a little crazy at the moment anyway. I was going to fone you tomorrow as I could do with some help with my intercooler. The plastic wiring cover on the bottom right is in the way! How did you get around it?

Did not have that problem. I will take some photos when it gets light tomoz and let you see them if you like. You got a picture of your problem to compare it?

I had a bracket made which moved the whole lot left. Used original right hand mount. Had to "adjust" the actuator on the turbo so that did not foul. Anyway, here are some pics:
