stereotypye drivers

Think ive spelt that right and have the right meaning.

Anyway stereotypical drivers ive never thot about them realy heard people moaning about its typical of people to drive a certain way with the car they have or certain people who drive certain types of car are a##eholes.

but ive always though live and let live dont tar everyone with the same brush after all getin called a boyracer because i drive a subaru or boyracers car with all the "stickers" and big silly spoiler on it means i am a boy racer to most people when actualy id say i drive sensibley like any other road user let other people out at junctions and folks cross the road when their standing in the middle and so forth. which i subconciously hope that people sometimes think ohhh i had that person in the stickered car with the big spoiler wrong. .

But today i can see why lots of people say that BMW drivers are complete w@#k##s or strokers as id call them due to 3 of them today. Out today with the lady in her micra going to the edinburgh fort and on the city bypass we are on the inside lane doing about 65mph coming to the end of the bypass and this bmw pulls along side us on the outside and as the car infront of him also starts to apply the breaks. He hammers it right up their backside and cuts infront of us without indicating cause the missus to break very firmly. There was kothng behind him or us and plenty of space to slow down and pop in behind us but he does this daft manouver which cld have went very wrong.

Next up we have BMW number 2 as we eventualy arrive at the fort and pull in slowly the side where boots and HMV are if youve been. You come of the roundabout and turn in to the parking area where u can turn of to the left or right depending where you want to park. Were driving up straight slowly in this overcrowded parking area and BMW no2 is busy looking to his left and hammers out infront from a junction on our left of. trying to what i can assume is get infront of the car coming from his left (towards us ) withot even looking if there was anything coming from his right which was us who he should have been giving way to. That was near accident number two. Guy clearly knew he was in the wrong looked sheepish and lipped the word sorry.

BMW no3. Coming home from the fort going the back road behind danderhall towards the cockatoo this prick drives up the missus bumper even though were doing national speed limit just before you get to the cockatoo pub theres a straight road which is only one lane eitherside but is actualy about 3lanes wide with crossing islands in the middle. Theres a car infront of us also going the speed limit but this impatient prick hammers it on the wrong side of the road into oncoming trafic past an island nearly causing an accident and cuts in. Gets to the cockatoo turns right round the roundabout to go towards sherifhall roundabout where the lane spilts into two at the lights on the roundabout. Me and the misus and the driver infront get there and hes at a red light the other srver pulls ip behind And wee go into the inside lane to see this bmw 3door coupe thing with 4 tosspot early twentysumthings in it. We head to dalkieth and the idiots have the wrong lane pull into ours and end up stuck behind us with no way of passing all the way into dalkieth and up through woodburn. With the misus conveontly driving at 26-27mph in a 30mph zone.

Anyway rant over but that was 3seperate bmw drivers all driving like loonys on boxing day and i can see why some folk actualy say why they never let bmw drivers out of junctions and that their all "strokers". Im not gona tar them all with the same brush maybe it was just coincidence but they reaky got up my nose for how idiotic and impatient, inconsoderate they were.

Worst on the road just now... Audi S3 drivers!

Many see a hatch STi and want a race - idiots.

I overtook an Audi S3 on a long straight on the South Deeside road... tiny cock driver of said Audi A3 then proceeded to get revenge by over taking me across the double whites approaching a bend, then to really hammer home the point S3 micro-cock then overtook the tipper truck that'd been in front of me on a blind forrested bend on a long double white section.

These Audi wannabes think they've joined the keeping up with the Jones' mob because they've got a german car... big woops - So Audi S3 drivers... yer Audi's pish and I don't even pay it attention never mind even think aboot racing it! :Scottish-flag:

During our 16 years of owning Imprezas, I did own two fab BMWs - a 530i V8 and a 535i V8 Sport. Wonderful rear drivers, but vowed never to buy another BMW due to the aggresive and inconsiderate way in which so many BMW owners drive (usually 3 series?). Our other car is now an inconspicuous Accord 2.4i vtec. Quick, comfy, economical and nothing to prove, as they say!

No wonder there's so many serious accidents on that road.. It's a great road to drive and pretty safe too always wondered how peopel got into so much trouble on it.. I guess that's exhibit-A *sigh*

I know a lot of Germans in the Frankfurt area and they also have an opinion on Bavarians and BMW drivers - very similar to ours too!

Around the M25 it is 5 series wall to wall in the outside lane going slower than the inside lanes, lol.

Here in Devon it is often the diseasel 5s that cause the issues, with some Audis and mainly Corsas, Paxos and 106s.

Anyone who drives up my rear, doesnt matter if it was bmw, audi whatever, that annoys.

But since ive owned the scoob most annoying for me have been old shape Honda Civic Type R-soles. ;)

I hate too say it but theres a complete noob near me who drives a silver classic saloon suped up to look like a wrx but it's a standard 2l but everytime he sees me, he feels compelled to become the next dead youngster, he overtook me and 3 other cars on a notorius bend to try and look good wtf he narrowly missed oncoming cars that he couldn't see, sorry mate but i have kids and want them to live as i want myself, i have nothing to prove.

anyways lol i hate the new range rovers what is it with them blue headlights that they have to drive on full beam and turn them down at the last second ?? or come right up behind you so you are blinded by your own mirror grrrrrrrrr

Not restricted, but certainly a higher percentage of twonks on the road drive certain make / models of cars..

E.g. I've yet to see a people carrier drive at under the speed limit in a built up area or slow down near a school! It just doesn't happen! Yet drivers of these vehicles will the the first to kick up all the sh*t of the day when their little johnny or daisy get's knocked down walkign home from school! :cussing:

Porsche Drivers, surprisinly respectful!

BMW Drivers, not too bad round here, couple twonks but often soon realise the superiority of AWD on a damp road and start to behaive themselves.. Worst out there at hte moment are Audi's, Vahxhalls (any model of vaux particularly VXR's) & Focus ST's Not all focus's.. but some.. Fords probably same level as Subarus IMHO.. SOme complete tw&ts out there driving subarus <flame suit on>. But quite a few respectful drivers too! :tumbleweed:

I don't mind playing but when they start to drive erratically drawing unneccessary attention to themselves and comprimise safety their on their own :icon_hang:

Driving the A96 between Aberdeen and Elgin quite frequently i've noticed a few trends...

Audi drivers..... pain in the hoop think they're all driving the Le Mans winning car

Ford S-Max, Vaux Zafira VXR drivers - usually men who are trapped in shite car of the kids think if they have a go i'll race them and they might win. Well no i won't race you, i'll laugh as you chug by after 5 miles of trying and then watch tyou brake for corners where i just cruise on through.

Chav kids in anything from a Corsa/Fiesta/Pug whatever... even had a crappy old Skoda last weekend with racing decals have a go. You've just passed your test and haven't a clue... leave me alone and go and try to impress the girls at Maccy D's...

Most of the time i know the car i'm in will wipe the floor with whatever is having a go but i think it's nice to let them go home and tell the family how they managed to out drive a subaru by driving like a god!
